Went with a friend I got just a plain half Cesar salad and half cheddar broccoli soup not only did the screw up both of our orders they have me ranch with mine and I ended up getting food poisoning from the salad.

Ordered the toasted fontega sandwich with pulled chicken. It was more likely ke a toasted cheese sandwich. The 2 small pieces of chicken I found were thumbnail in size. I give this sandwich a thumbs down.☹️

What happened? I’ve been a customer here for years. When it was my turn to choose a quick service meal, location in Atlantic Bch was my #1 go too. Service, quality, quality all good. Now one of the girls at the window is telling me that I’m wrong even though ordering online allows me too. Cornchowder is watery even though ticktock posts show its thick and creamy. Danish ring is not proofed. A whole sandwich has only a 1/2 portion of meat. I asked for an apple but get chips. And I no longer get a pickle w my sandwich. No plastic utensil thank you, ignored. Corporate do something

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is basically just half a sandwich but with the word kids before it.. not very large selection and I wish there were more sides/main dishes for kids.
Yo, Panera's is the bomb! The food is delish and healthy, and the vibes are super chill. The prices are totally reasonable too. I hope they never get rid of the sip club, it's the best! And the rewards on the app are awesome, you can use them at any location.

I love Panera, but this location takes the cake by far! The workers are so friendly, kind, and extremely helpful, the workers in the dining room constantly go above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible and try not to let you do or get up for ANYTHING while you are there. It really is the way customer service used to strive to be, and I can't help but point it out and appreciate it every time! I love coming here on my break because it genuinely makes my break happy with no stress and sends me back smiling, in a great mood every time. Thank you!

Believe the bad reviews! I saw an employee touching someone’s dog that was in the restaurant then proceeded to go check the food that was prepared to go without washing his hands. Sure enough there was a hair in my soup. I’m not sure if it was human hair or dog hair at this point. Another employee laughed when I complained. Apparently Panera doesn’t believe in following food safety and their staff is fully on board.

Wow. It took quite some time to give the order at the drive thru. Then the car in front of me eventually drove away. When I got to the window, no one came back with my order. Pretty poor customer service going on here.
