There is an employee here Johna, I sit and work here all the time and can’t help but notice how kindly and attentively she treats every person who walks through the door. Thought it was worth commending.

This Panera is not the best to go to. The wait time is horrible and they have no good options for when they mess up your order.

Placed a pick-up order. An employee was about to give away my order before I stepped in. My order was still in their service window and I was following directions to wait to pick up my order in their pick up order area section. I will go back but highly

Slowest panera ever, even when it’s not busy. I waited 40 mins for a you pick 2 and a side soup. Absolutely ridiculous. They started cooking the food 25 minutes after it said my order would be ready.

Hair is in my soup. I ordered a pick two with a sandwich. The sandwich did not come with the things that usually comes with from other Panera Bread and they did not have bread. The soup was cold. This is probably the worst Panera I’ve ever been to and I got charged for a 16 ounce strength that was really an eight out drink And the drinks are expensive. Skip this Panera go to the one at Jax. Beach. To sum it up HAIR, no lettuce, cold soup

I had a delicious cream of tomato soup and a Greek side salad. I eat out every workday for lunch and this was probably my favorite meal.

Worst Panera I have ever been to. Food is never correct, hot, or accounted for (meaning you never get what you ordered). They promise you free food next time, but the “manager” that promised you, is never there and might be 18 years old. Not looking for free food, just consistency. I would give ZERO stars if I could. This is NOT the best breakfast, lunch, or dinner in Atlantic Beach. Search your local spots, travelers.

In their effort to make a lounge atmosphere they play a music that is all TOO loud. Folks please lower it a bit. Many people come to your place to have a cup of coffee and a pastry ($7) and do some work, and with that intolerable music, it's impossible.

Tired of you guys messing my food up 3 times in a row missing ingredients/sad Looking food/ingredients, already pitiful cut backs and inflation. I work in the same plaza I've loved this place for so long and it sucks now basically either get an attitude from younger employees.. forget to put sth on my food, totally skimp a bowl. Or today my fruit looking like it has char from a grill all over the tiny slivers of fruit that taste like gas it threw away. It's not even worth walking back to get ingredients for my sandwich that is already cold... There goes $15 again. I hate complaining but I can't stand for the decrease in quality all around this area in food/service..sue me. There's a couple amazing employee over there so it sucks when others taint that

I go here once a week for a bagel w/cream cheese. I've held a couple of meetings here. It's pretty quiet and they don't mind if you hang out.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options.Parking: Always plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
