Papa Johns Pizza

I called to place a delivery order while at work. They said they were having trouble with their systems, so they transferred me to the store. The young lady said to call back and press one, I said i already did that. They said there are systems we're down. I waited 10 minutes on the phone. Then I placed the order for her to give me a total that did not Have the pizza promotion price on it. She told me I would have to order online. Horrible service

So… Papa John’s teams up with DoorDash. Now pizza takes twice as long and cost twice as much. I can get better quality and faster delivery from the mom and pop across the street. Lesson Learned!

Horrible made pizza and even worst customer service... Never again. Hire some people who knows how to make a pizza and can handle customer service. 😡🤢

Food was ready right on time, piping hot & fresh like I like it and the customer service was excellent!! Good job 9/21/25 at 7pm

The Papa John’s worker made sure my pizza was made exactly how I wanted. It didn’t get frustrated with me as I changed my order a couple times she just kept going with a smile, making sure I had all my utensils from plates to Parmesan and cups for my drink.

We order here because it’s the closest Papa John’s to our house, but we consistently have pizzas that are not correct. Check your pizza before leaving!

I came into the restaurant and the service I received from Carol was amazing papa John’s is my go to Pizza and with the service I received tonight there will be no other thank you Papa John’s

Absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!! NI ordered 2 pizzas. 1 XL and one Large, with extra sauce, pep, sausage , bell peppers and the other with the same along with pineapple and onions. It arrived to our hotel, one pizza was a medium, with no sauce, toppings a mess, with olives that we didn't ask for. The other pizza was insanely dry with no sauce with olives and onions that we didn't ask for. I called up there and spoke to Hayley who said due to the inconvenience, she refunded us and offered a complimentary order IF we come back next time (thanks Hayley!). She also mentioned that the order was delivered through DD due to short staffing on delivery drivers, and that the driver had an attitude when she came in, which could explain the carelessness of her driving and why the pizzas look the way they do. I'm not even finishing it, and I'm SO disappointed in them bc not only was I hungry and craving pizza, but PJ's has never let me down....until now.

It super amazing

Ordered the new cheeseburger pizza to go, was told 20 minutes, got there and person in charge who really didn't seem in charge told me it would be a few minutes. She then told co worker to make my pizza, so it wasn't even in the oven!! So when I got home and opened the box it was the worst looking pizza I've ever seen, no meat very little cheese and a couple of pickles, I won't be back, you have a problem with this location.

I worked at Papa John's for 3 years so i know what should be expected. This location is unacceptable. I ordered a works pizza with honey Chipotle wings, with blue cheese, extra blue cheese. Didnt receive either. Got one cup of ranch instead. The crust on the pizza didn't rise. It was flat and chewy. They didn't have their dough at the right temperature. Pizza barely had cheese on it. The wings were basically dry. Very little sauce. Won't eat here again. They need corporate management to pop in on them to correct their issues

I have ordered from her for awhile but today absolutely ridiculous we ordered 2 pizzas medium with extra sauce I picked up order got home and open box and they are these tiny pizzas thin as paper! I called up and asked for manager and a girl told me she was the manager I told her what was going on and she said well we don’t have medium dough so we are stretching small dough to make the pizzas!!!! Talk about illegal so I got charged full price for small dough stretched to near medium size and then because dough was so thin they couldn’t put extra sauce on it! Straight up the craziest thing I have ever seen

Should’ve had yogurt for dinner. Thanks for forgetting half of my order, after out sourcing to another delivery service. My pizza was cold and chicken was not delivered. Pizza was underwhelming.

Rate F- ! This was absolutely the worst pizza and pizza experience I have had in 60 years! The pizza delivered was not even close to what was ordered! When I called the store Hailey could not find my order and sent me to another store. That store sent me to a third store. The third store sent me back to the first store. Hailey was not successful issuing my refund so I am denying the credit card charge and NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO PAPPA JOHNS!!! Go anywhere else but here! We were very hungry so we ate some of the pathetic pizza that was delivered and hated it!
Save your time and money wasted at this location!! I have deleted my Papa John’s Account and phone Ap!
