Just wanted to share…Moved here in 2021. Placed a to go order after church one Sunday in 2022, but after seeing an employees appearance when we arrived to pick it up, we NEVER went back. We couldn’t even enjoy eating the pizza. Let’s just say my family and I were disgusted. It’s crazy how a lot of food establishments out here don’t even care to keep the place clean or ensure their employees look presentable. I get that you’re dealing with food and things can get messy, but this particular employee we saw this day was unacceptable. I just couldn’t!

I placed my order at 5:24. Realized part of my order was missing after I paid cash to the delivery driver. Called the store and they found my wings and said another driver would bring them. It is now 7:18 and I just got my wing. Time stamped over 30 minutes old. Such a disappointment

I live on the naval base near this store. I called and asked the representative twice if this store currently has a delivery driver able to deliver on base. He stated yes both times but I ended the call to make the order online. When the order was ready to be delivered I received a call from the store by a man named Dominick stating they don’t have a delivery driver who can deliver on base and offering no alternative. I explained that I had called before placing the order to ensure this delivery would be possible and he snapped at me saying it wasn’t him who I spoke to earlier which wasn’t what I was insinuating.. I just wanted to understand what went wrong or how this can be resolved which I only received an extremely ugly attitude from him although I was being very calm about the situation. I had to meet the delivery driver off base and she didn’t have the 2 liter I ordered but the situation wouldn’t have upset me as much as it did if I hadn’t had the worker at the store named Dominick give me such a horrible attitude over the phone.

If you DoorDash for this store you are going to waste an hour waiting for your incredible order, they are playing with people's time and money.

I wish I could give zero stars. The food was terrible after being made late because “everyone decided to order at the same time.” The employees were rude and I witnessed one employee tell a pick up driver “no” as in he wasn’t going to help him. Not one of these employees deserves to be gainfully employed because they are the rudest I’ve ever met. I’ve worked in a pizza place… I understand the flow. Get it together and maybe your employees shouldn’t be next door getting snacks if you have too many orders to process.

This place sucks! I was charged 3 times for 1 order the manager said call my bank!! What? Never again

Just called and tried to order pizza..first person was from what sounded like Indian..language barrier big time..told him 3 times over and over my order and address..then tells me no pan pizza? It's on the menu. So he transfers me to the store..same thing..got transfered again. Was told no pan..so I ordered something else..after giving address again..and my order..I get the "hello are you there"??? I'm so mad right now. And I don't even get called back after I gave him.my phone number name and address! Yall are really ridiculous and I'm HANGRY now. Atlantic beach location!

Absolutely horrid. Absolutely terrible and rude management. Wanted an extra hour past estimated time for my delivery order and it arrived cold, not even warm, cold! Mangers refuse to make it right even though it’s only a 14$ order before delivery fee. Will definitely be speaking with corporate and never coming back

Worst pizza ever, taste like cardboard, manager doesn't give refunds, do not go here. There are many other pizza places in the area that have much better pizza with manager that cares about the customers

The food is great I love their pizza top tier I usually get it delivered because of base delivery and is one of the better options but I gotta say carry out parking sucks roughly 3-4 spots by the gas station but can’t blame them for that regardless the drivers are amazing foods always hot and well made.
