Alex is the best server i’ve ever had. i’ve been in the service industry for years and she was the BEST. anytime im back at Poes if she’s working i will request her. an absolute gem 10000/10. even if you dont like the food (which would be crazy cause its great) you would still love it with her as your server!!!

Water was nasty. Burger lacked mayonnaise, and was undercooked. $9 for a cider on tap..cute popp'n place overall. Needs hand towels in bathroom.

Have had lunch here a couple of times now (am new to area). GREAT burgers! Friendly staff. Excellent outdoor dining area that's buffered just enough from traffic (slow), but still gives you that good sidewalk atmosphere.

I visited on January 23 around noon with a friend. The food itself was good, so no complaints there.
However, the service left a lot to be desired. I politely asked if they had sparkling water, and the server responded in a confrontational and harsh tone, repeatedly saying she didn’t understand what I was asking, even though it was a simple question.
The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and dismissive, which took away from what could have been a nice outing. Good food, but the service experience makes it hard to recommend.
