The bar always seems lively. They have shoes string fries which is my husband's absolute favorite. It brings some of the festivity of a Disney restaurant attraction. The menu has fun names for the items - literary theme and all. There is even Poe readings playing in the bathroom. The service is always good even when it gets super busy. I always have fun when we go here!

The hop frog burger was delicious. It was properly cooked and very juicy. If you like fresh cut fries, this is the place for you. Our waitress was prompt and pleasant. Drink refills were brought before I even asked. The atmosphere was hopping. It's a busy place and seating is inside and out. This is a fun place to dine.

Only place that I've found in Jacksonville so far that offers a medium rare burger. My wife and I have been there a couple of times and they are consistent. The place is popular and sometimes can be really busy but the service is normally quite good. The staff is friendly and they allow us to sit outside with our dog. They will even bring us a bowl of water to give to her. I'm pretty sure we will stop in again
