Sierra Grille Atlantic Beach

Absolutely incompetent staff, and horrible food. I went for lunch on a Wednesday - ordered at the counter and the young teenage boy who took my order was friendly. However he did not take my name or give me a number for my order. He said he’d bring the food to me when it was ready. After waiting a very long time I noticed other people gathering around the counter that had been waiting for their food as well. Someone asked if all the food sitting in the window was hers and I’m not sure what he said but she went back and sat down without any food. Orders were piling up in the window and the guy did not make any effort to get the food the awaiting patrons. Finally a mom with 3 kids took it upon herself to go into the kitchen area to complain I assume. Shortly after that someone emerged to call out food orders by number. However no one had a number so no one knew whose food was whose. Completely incompetent and poorly managed. Also the food was horrible. I had a chicken quesadilla, which was bland and that’s fine, but there were tons of pieces of grill residue all over – not that the chicken was charred , but there was actual nasty black flakes from the grill all throughout the quesadilla. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be back.

We love this place so much! The food is fresh and consistently delicious every single time we come here. They have a really great takeout service. The food is exactly the way it would be in the restaurant. The location is tucked back a little bit so it’s hard to see from the road, but it is definitely a hidden gem! Just head to LA Fitness at the beaches and then turn left.

I came here recently and had an extremely pleasant time! I believe his name was Jorge, the cook, made my food impeccably! Love that guy and the food he cooks! I’m super appreciated for this local crew of excellent food workers! #SierraGrilleUntilDeath

Super fast, super fresh food. Great stop on the way to or from the Jacksonville Beaches. We use them for catering too! Local, family-owned business is a bonus.

We ordered mexican pizza. Pizza was awesome. They have veriety of toppings which you can pick and choose from. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff was nice and friendly.

I love the original Sierra in Jax Bch. But I am glad Sierra Grille is here in Atlantic Beach. Almost everything is perfect, but no one at the AB location can figure out how to make pineapple salsa! Why is it always chopped so coarsely? I have spoken to the owner multiple times. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. Send the cooks to Sierra School in Jax Beach to learn the proper techniques for creating the PERFECT pineapple salsa Sierra is known for! I do love the happy hour specials!

Had the chicken burrito bowl, bland, not a lot of flavor on the chicken, bell peppers are cut too big. The salsa has no spice. I'm a white guy from Washington state.

Disappointed in my experience at Sierra Grille Atlantice Beach. Ordered takeout and it took 20 minutes. The burrito that they served was the all wrap and half the size of any other chain. I checked and it was the size of my iphone. I'm pretty sure they forgot to put half the ingredients in the wrap. On top of that it was $18!
