The tacos are delicious, great taste, the meat on the tacos has good marinade and is not bland like some places. It's definitely my favorite in Jax. It's a food truck, but imo food trucks have better tacos than restaurants. The salsas are pretty good too. 👍🏻

I went to two different places for tacos both of them closed, needless to say I was very disappointed and I thought the universe had thrashed my taco dreams to bits. And then I found Tacos El Guache. I called to confirm they were open and was met with a cheerful yet bewildered voice on the other end of the phone that assured me they were. Little did I know I would understand the bewilderment shortly. On my journey towards the taco restaurant I found a gas station and wondered if Google had yet again let me down. But it was a truck, not a restaraunt! Yay! Never seen my boyfriend do a happy food dance before but the empanadas with chorizo and steak were fantastic! Loaded with fresh toppings and side by side with some of the best rice and beans I've had in years. Their salsa is mild and satisfying. I had the tacos, steak pork and pastor; as well as esquites. Thank you Tacos El Guache! I will be back.

I've been patronizing this food truck since they moved to the current location. There was another Mexican food truck in the spot before Tacos El Guache and they were good but they didn't advertise well so they didnt do as well. I can literally eat from here everyday and often do. My favorites are tacos El pastor, cabeza, o lengua and esquite but I've bought many different items.
