I found her phone number online as I don’t live there and she did the rest.My family said the cupcakes were amazing and she hand delivered them. Thanks for helping so much with a special moment!!
Above and Beyond Exceptional Customer Service! I called from Birmingham AL on the day of my son's birthday as I was traveling to a funeral after being very sick with my heart several weeks earlier which would not allow me to travel to Jacksonville. Kelly delivered my rush order and even sang to my son for me. She made my Mother's heart very happy. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my son's day and the cupcakes were delicious.
