Nice place at the beach with a lot of great options. I just happen to pick a not great one, Black Tea Latte. More half and half then I could stomach. Service was good and the place was clean. Will try another option next time.
Great place for a boba fix. Had the Lychee black tea. Fresh flavor and chunks of real fruit. The boba also had a good consistency and flavor. Just the right amount of chewiness. Quick and friendly service, had my order ready in less than 5 minutes.

Update: I don’t think the dirt would have been visible by video monitor. It wasn’t messy. it looks as if the baseboards, bathroom walls, and floors haven’t been washed in months. They are sticky, dirty, and have a lot of hair on them. If one were to wipe a paper towel on the baseboard, it would turn dark grey. It’s not sanitary for a food...
