Frozen custard was great! Staff seemed a bit put out we were there. Like she was too busy drawing on her calendar to deal with us.

The frozen treats were delicious. Could use more seating. The staff was friendly but seemed sad. Perhaps they could use a pay raise? Owner? I watched the two or three girls that were working there handle a massive arrival of customers, well. Yeah take care of them ( your Employees) because they are taking good care of your customers.

This place might have a long line but they do well getting through all the customers. Always great tasting! Highly recommend!

Last night was a VERY disappointing experience at Whit's. After bragging on how great the custard was to my accompanying party and waiting in line (which is normal on a Friday night at the beach), a young lady basically pushed us out as we held the door for others to come out of the store so that we could go in. Two of my guest were already in the store in line, which I related to the young lady that was really rude, that half of my party was in line.
She then said that there were out of everything and were now closed. I get it, it was closing time but you certianly were not out of everything and we could have been served since half of my party was already inside.
Lack of "good" customer service kills businesses.

I want to start this review saying that I love Whits. But tonight i waited in a very long line before it closed with my family after dinner. Due to the line being long, there was a line outside and a line inside. When someone came out the door i went in at 9:57PM. there wasn’t enough room for my family to stand inside with me, they waited in line and for more people to exit before the rest of my family could come in so we were separated by the door. At exactly 10, a short woman with short hair and glasses turned off the open sign and told the crowd outside that they ran out of ice cream. They were telling this to my family who was outside but i was inside. So i told the lady that they were with me and she turned to me and said i’m sorry then we cannot service you either then when we run out. I then told her well i’m in here right now why wouldn’t you be able to service me? I have been standing here and watched you turn off the open sign. She was saying this as people were still actively ordering and the people still making orders. The crowd who had been waiting were turned away by this young woman after we waited in line for over 20 minutes and she lied about being out of the ice cream and told us we could not be serviced. It was late i’m sure she was tired but choose a different shift to work if you cannot uphold customer service after a certain time. So we walked out and the person who was behind me and my family rushed in came out with ice cream so we were disappointed the lady working there lied to us.

Completely obsessed with their ice cream, but disappointed that they close at 10pm. After having dinner in AB, we made the decision to forgo the restaurant’s dessert options, and excitedly headed to Whit’s! Such a bummer arriving at 10:06pm to be turned away on a Friday night. Please consider staying open later on Fridays and Saturdays to serve the post-dinner crowd who loves you!!
now I know what to get when it's cold outside not great for a HOT day but definitely am going to be back I love this specific order of Chocolate & the chocolate waffle cone. . My friend got hers in a bowel which was smart

Friendly, wonderful service and amazing ice cream ?The door entrance is not suitable for children. They may trip and fall, you have to be careful when entering here.

Whit's never disappoints. The attendants are great and the custard is delicious. I had one of the new Whitties (key lime) and it was just delicious. They are busy but deliver the same quality as every other location we've been. ✨
