They don't know how to use a phone. I eat here all the time, but getting them on the phone is impossible. It's always off of the hook! You would have a daily customer if y'all answered this phone. Really stupid.

It’s like the hole in the wall place that doesn’t put on anything fancy but makes you feel good and they make a fine breakfast. I particularly like the pancakes, and the cook is pretty good too. I watched him flip 4 eggs over and didn’t break a yolk.

Great team there. You get a lot of food for what you're paying. I started out going to fast food spots every morning for breakfast now I'm going there everyday. It's the same money that you're spending. You might as well spend it on a home cooked meal that will keep you full. Try the cornbeef hash meal. It's excellent

Typical diner...good food, funny staff. This is one of my go-to spots. And Burt makes the best tuna melt in the world.

Except for the rolled up bandaid under the booth the place appeared clean. I ordered sloppy JoJo's and it was okay, I thought it'd be better.

I didn’t get it. I made it to the restaurant 1240 when I walked in the door, the Man at the entrance tells me they are closed and I thought he was joking so I was just like you’re joking I thought you were open till 2 o’clockand he goes no during summertime. We close at 1 o’clock. OK we’re in July now summer started in June if you guys are going to change your hours you need to put a notice up at least on your front door which there wasn’t any or even on the website that’s not right Especially if someone is driving all the way from work on their lunch break to get your food and you deny them plus it was 1240 not 1 o’clock yet. Good luck with your business

I stopped in for breakfast, been coming here for 20 years but I will never come back. During our breakfast the heath inspector was there, the owner sat at the counter berating the inspector. Calling him names and making fun of him. The inspector saw a minor issue with the temperature of the coffee creamer. The owner argued with him for 20 minutes about it. Making fun of the inspector’s name, Mr. Petri. Calling him Petri Dish and isn’t ironic that your job is checking cleanliness and your name is Petri? The owner was a grumpy old man who seemed to hate life. I will not go back to this place. It’s sad because I have eaten here for 20 years. I just can’t stand people treating others like that. It ruined my meal. It’s was tough to listen to as a customer.

A good little restaurant excellent for lunches. There is a good choice on the menu. The service is great, very cordial. Very fast service. The coffee was very good too

Wife and I had breakfast there this morning. Great food! Friendly and intimate.

Be sure to get the biscuits, they’re homemade with just the right fluffiness to them. Even the home fries were the best we have ever had.

The new owner was most welcoming. He has repainted the Interior a soft light blue, far nicer than the old ugly dark blue the place used to be painted.

Although other improvements are coming, at the moment it’s still a little bit of a “hole in the wall” in a strip mall. BUT it’s now our favorite “hole in the wall” and we will be back.
