I Came In On November 4, 2024 . Walked In Order My Food As I Come There Often . I Seen On The Website Had The $6.99 Meal Deal ! I Spoke To The Lady That Was There And She Stated “That’s Only With Online Or Puck Up.” I Said Okay I’ll Do That Next Time Continued To Get My Order Payed For It And Was Selecting My Drink ! An Older Caucasian Lady Was In The Check out At 12:26 And Said She Wanted To Use The $6.99 Meal Deal ! She Did Not Order On Line Nor Did She Do Pick Up ! The Employee Honored Her Request ! I Honestly Don’t Want To Throw Race In It But Only Difference Was The Color Or My Skin I Feel Like ! That’s Wasn’t Fair To Me ! Being That I Come Into The Facility Atleast 3-4 Day Out Of The Week ! I Do NOT APPRECIATE HOW SHE HONORED HER PRICE AND NOT MINE AND WE WERE BOTH WALK-IN. I Am Highly Emotionally Upset !

Little miss manager loves to be on tik tok making videos with her phone instead of helping people.Very rude. Her Tik tok @preachers.wifeee corporate would have a field day with this one.

Was expecting this subway to not be as good as most Subways since it’s in a hospital but it was about the same as others. That is to say that the food was good and the atmosphere was actually rather welcoming despite it being in a hospital. One of the employees seemed a bit ticked off and had a slight attitude but the other was very nice.

I ordered a roast beef sub with mayo, lettuce and extra onions. The lady put four small pieces of onion on it. I asked for more and she refused and rudly said "No". I said "Well, I won't be coming back to this Subway" and she got nasty and wrapped up my sub without putting the Mayo on that I requested. I've never been to a Subway where they wouldn't give you extra toppings especially when I wasn't getting any of the other toppings. You would think they would be extra nicer to everyone because it's in a hospital. I'll definitely never go back there.

Was served by an employee named Shikha, at JFK. I was standing in line talking to another patron. She skipped me and went to the next person and when I stated I have not ordered yet she stated, “well you were talking and that’s rude” and continued to argue with me while I was in line. Loud, rude and frankly just obnoxious. I am a nurse leader at our facility and that was an absolute embarrassment.

While at hospital I stopped in to get something to eat and had a great experience.Daishiia was extremely helpful. Gave me a few choices the Rotisserie Chicken was a great pic.Daishiia also brought a smile during a difficult time. I appreciated her kindness and exceptional Customer care. "Heather" (nickname) was also very helpful. Champions ?of Service. Thank you for bringing a smile and providing special care.

Went in at 2:00pm 4/24/21. Girl with fake eyelashes refused to keep sandwiches separated. She had to make the sandwiches together no matter how many times we asked to keep them separated because my father did not want cheese on his sandwich and does not like cheese on his food. She had a huge attitude like we were inconveniencing her. If it wasn’t for the fact that my mother needed to eat I would have walked out because of the lackluster service.
