I really wish the employees cared here ! Only good things I get from here is their bagged coffee. The orders are usually wrong or blah. The snack wraps are microwaved to excess and the bagels are burnt to a crisp usually. Being in a small town they should really strive to put love into their work :).

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I stressed to the woman taking my order that I world like it toasted well. Because many times that I’ve ordered bagels its not toasted. She suggested I get it toasted dark. I said cool!! 😎 That’s what I want please and thank you. See pictures below!! It’s like a joke. I order a toasted bagel and this is what I get almost every time. I usually have to send it back or park in order to have it done right. How hard is it to toast a bagel???

I don’t usually order from this location but when I do they always get the order wrong. Wrong orders vary from missing items or not providing item as advertised. For example, I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich but they gave me a sandwich without the chicken.

I visited the Dunkin’ in Ave Maria today and unfortunately had another disappointing experience. I ordered a Small Caramel Craze Latte, a Chai Tea Latte, and a ham and cheese croissant. There were only two employees working. The girl made the drinks and left them on the counter without saying anything, and we only realized they were ours because we were the only customers there. The guy did let us know the croissant was ready, but both employees still seemed more focused on talking to each other than paying attention to customer service.

The Chai Tea Latte was terrible, and the Caramel Craze Latte was just okay. Unfortunately, this has been a pattern—every time I come here, the drinks are poorly made and the service keeps getting worse. This Dunkin’ really needs improvement.

Honestly it’s sucks I have to leave this review I really didn’t want to but this is the poorest run Dunkin I have ever experienced. Orders are never right. NO one speaks English. And that fine but don’t put them in the drive through if that’s the case. This is America and people need to communicate in English in order to run a business 🤷🏽‍♀️ someone had to say it. Sorry not sorry.

Ordered a cold brew and cream this morning and it tastes like it had cleaner in it. As if someone had cleaned machine and didn’t rinse properly. I have tried to call them repeatedly to let them know but no answer. Truly hope nobody gets sick from this! 1 star because I cannot post unless I choose 1.

My order was made incorrectly three separate times, forcing me to go inside twice to have it corrected. Instead of remaking my order properly, the staff simply reused the same sandwich and threw a sausage patty on top of a bacon, egg, and cheese and at that point I requested a refund. This was extremely lazy and unprofessional. The manager is rude, the cook, and so is the young lady with the black hair that speaks spanish. They are all rude if you don’t speak spanish or aren’t hispanic. The customer service at this dunkin needs to be looked into. They also don’t answer the phones.

Went today and there were 4 people working just standing around. I waited by the donuts window untill the girl working there who was behind the counter finished what she was doing on her phone and decided to help me. Looks like employees are not happy and not sure if Management can motivate them

I was passing through coming from a job, and I noticed that they had 2 stars on Google. I ordered a matcha latte and snack bacon and they gave me. Chai latte, instead of what I ordered and the bacon was cold. I ordered the avocado toast with no bacon and the toast was so hard.I could not even bite it. I did not return because I was passing through.This was very disappointing.

I walked in and the 4 workers there, including the manager, had the demeanor of not wanting to be there. No good morning, how can I help you, we will be right with you, nothing. I ordered 2 items from their menu and they were out of both items? At 9am on a Monday! I ordered a 3rd item and the male worker said something but I could not understand him at all. I said I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you just said. I kid you not, he just walks away and leaves me standing there. The manager did nothing, the girl to his right didn’t move. I stood for about a minute and said ( a bit loud ) can someone please take my order!!! This was by far the worst run DD that I have ever encountered.

I don’t know where to start with this Dunkin’ location. The staff is the unfriendliest, my orders are wrong 2 out of 3 times. Staff is rude and extremely visibly unhappy. If it wasn’t cause I have no choice I would not come here.
