The Oasis is a good place to have a meal. Ihave tge impanadas and salad. They were very good.The service was adequate although we never recieved our appetizer.Vegetarian options: Try the plant based chorizo impanadas..very good!! Greek salad and Stir fry with tofu equally good...

Third time here: first time was great last year. Second time January of this year was just so so. Today I had to get online and offer my review for others. They had a specials menu and we ordered off of it -lasagna. It was not even 5 o’clock on Wednesday. Our waitress told us sorry they were out of that. That was a warning sign poor management. We didn’t see anything else for dinner that we wanted so we both ordered off the sandwich and pokey side. His sandwich was delicious as was my Poké bowl with salmon. The fries that came with my husbands’ sandwich were barely even fried. They were limp and pale yellow colored and cold to the touch. We ordered the tomato avocado salad that said it came with corn chips when I ask about the corn chips she said she didn’t know why , those were even on the menu because they don’t come with them. Seems like they need to update the menu. There was corn in there however, that was so hard I was afraid it would crack my teeth It splintered like glass when I bit into a kernel. I had to pick out all the hard corn kernels. The rest of the salad mixture was great .Calamari had a good flavor, but there were no tentacles no curly small pieces. They were all just hunks of meat not what you expect when you order calamari. The worst part about the whole experience -we were seated near the kitchen, even though no one else was hardly there yet. The kitchen had its own music playing while the dining area had a different music playing. The three people in the kitchen were constantly talking and laughing, and having a good time while killing the mood for the people in the dining room. If there was a manager there he/she certainly was not doing a very good job . Our waitress did a great job. No complaints about her at all. She did get the fries replaced.-Too bad they didn’t have any seasonings at all on them and they were not very crispy. This place was awesome last year. I wish they would take steps to get back what they had going last year. Update the menu have someone run the kitchen as a professional kitchen should be run. Oh yes - check the temperature in your french fry oill - higher temps would give you crispy fries that aren’t dry inside.

Unfortunately, we had 2 bad experiences in a row coming here. We came on Sunday for brunch, and the breakfast skillet my wife ordered was soaking in oil. Looked and tasted gross. Our waiter was nice and tried to make it right, but there was no manager that day, and cooks didn't do anything about it. When our bill came, we were still being charged even though we sent it back and didn't eat. Today, we gave them another chance and came in for Mussels. Ordered, and first they brought out the wrong food and then came back and said they were out of Mussels. Very annoyed, we complained and explained our previous experience. Told our waitress that, unfortunately, there wasn't anything else my wife wanted to order and were going to cancel my food order. She went and told the manager, and it seems the manager didn't give a crap and just brushed it off. Didn't even come talk to us, apologize, or anything. What a bad level of customer service to not take 2 mins to smooth it over with customers when mistakes were made. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I get the impression that the management and cooks don't really care about the customer. I normally don't give bad reviews, but after reading many other similar complaints, I felt I should warn others.

Came to visit friends in AVE and they took my husband and I to Oasis. They were slightly short staffed and many food items on the menu were out, but so is the majority of just about any good business now a days. The food that we did get to try was amazing, my top faves were the brussel sprouts, ceviche and poke bowl. The server was on point and the place is adorable! I would love to go again next time I visit!

We were so looking forward to a nice meal based on the attractive design of the restaurant. Unfortunately they seemed short-staffed and service was slow and lacking. The food was fair and a request we made was not met. Our waiter said they were too busy.
We’ve been to this restaurant multiple times. When it first opened it was outstanding! The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff was super friendly. However, lately the quality of the food has diminished. At our most recent visit we ordered calamari & the steak & feta flatbread. The calamari was supposed to be served with a remoulade sauce. Instead we got rubbery, inedible calamari with marinara sauce. The flatbread came smothered in mozzarella cheese, no feta. The “steak” was more like ground beef. When I told the server the flatbread was supposed to have feta not mozzarella, he apologized & took it away, only to return with the same pizza with feta on top of the mozzarella!! I would LOVE to continue to support this restaurant. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

My son-in-law and my daughter went to eat at Oasis today, to my surprise I had to get up because of the bad smell of the steak, but I thought it was me who wasn't feeling well, I decided to leave the restaurant and when I returned in the car they told me that the steak is in bad condition and yet when he got home they had charged him $35.99. This is not the price in question, but rather the cook sent to ask how the meat was, that makes us think even more that they knew what What was happening. Really, that is not done to anyone, especially in a community where we all collaborate to advance its small businesses so that it is more pleasant for this city that is still developing. It is the first time, but please pay attention to the quality because other things can happen and it is not what is expected.
