this Whole Foods has totally gone down hill. Been going there for 10yrs and it used to be great. Went last night to buy a rotisserie chicken, checked the labels and all (about 8) were at least 36 hours old. Mentioned it to the guy behind the counter, he didn't care. Besides looking dry and old, I am sure there is a health hazard. Bought a pound of roast beef instead, and got food poisoning. This location needs to be inspected and I am sure many violations will be founds and the foos counter shut down

The WFMA is located next to my house, a short 3 minutes walk. Have been visiting 4 times a week over the last 15 years. Oh boy, after the Covid 19, this place has been a disgrace and many notches below the Publix. The food buffet & salad bars quality has gone down to animal ‘s food levels, fruits are taste less, fresh fish quality worst than Winn-Dixie supermarket, prices 35% more now post Covid. I really don’t know what to do anymore, perhaps go to Walmart…

The vibe of this Whole Foods just feels off. Lots of people with botox stuffed in their lips and everyone just feels very superficial, but then again, it's Aventura. We ordered a croissant, two cafe on leches and a cardamom coffee. Didn't exactly taste like a cafe con leche (high expectations were at fault here) and when attempting to determine which drink was the cardamom, the server sniffed each drink, which isn't exactly hygienic. But at least their croissant tasted good. There are better places to go for coffee.

Can any one explain to me why a lime just one can cost $.60 each when supermarkets around whole foods same quality $.20 cents this place is a killer I don’t get why people goes to buy to Whole Foods because organic? Of course not ! Brain wash about a idea that doesn’t exist !!! Open your mind you same or better next to you but cheaper!!!!!

Everyone at this store in Aventura is super respectful and awesome. Except the big guy with the glasses that works behind the meat department. After numerous incidents with this clown I decided to never order meat from this location again. I’ve told the managers like (3) times about this and they have done nothing about him. Still gets away with being rude and short with customers. I even witnessed some older lady go crazy on him after he just walked away for no reason. Not a good employee. I like the shorter gal that is always super nice- she’s amazing- but I don’t get how Whole Foods tolerates such a person? Used to frequent this store 3x more than I used to. No thanks I don’t need the headache just to get a pound of lamb.

Love Whole Foods market. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for refilling our needs while traveling. This one was close to our hotel and Target was next door. Great food choices and a great variety of the vitamins and holistic products most stores don't carry. Lots of tasty baked goods. Glad we found it!

We have shopped and eaten in whole foods all over the country as we are vegan and only buy organic. As we travel a lot, WF is usually our safest bet. We moved to Aventura early Sept 2020 and went to this branch all the time as there is no other organic food store in the area. We had multiple bad experiences at this branch almost every week with different staff members always yelling at us. We kept coming back as we had no choice. Yes, we really looked for alternative. Today, Dec 11, was the height of rudeness. While in self check-out lane (we always self check-out, so are very familiar with the process), we had to call for help 2 times because we bought hot food items and rate for hot soup is different from hot food bar etc. The guy who was helping for self check-out (his name tag said Will) was rude, sighed each time, almost yelling each time as we called him out and for punching in wrong code. Really, I thought it was his job. And by self-checking, we are saving your company lot of costs by reducing staff and salaries. My husband said thank you to him each time and even while we were leaving, so Mr Will realizes to be human. He just rolled his eyes. We both had WAY TOO MANY rude and bad service experiences here. We can let go of a few. Is it because we are colored? Because we are paying really high prices shopping at WF. The WF branch is North Miami Beach is worse (yes, we tried). So we decided we are done with whole food bad customer attitude. We are taking our business to Trader Joe's and Sprouts and smaller stores even if that means driving long distances. You vote with your $$, so no need to take abuse from people who are supposed to service you.

Such a cute coffee house. The staff were very warm and friendly and made my visit lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! They also have a great selection of coffee and teas and not forgetting a few yummy treats too. High tens!!

We were back in Miami last week and even though we were staying a bit further away from the coffee shop than previous visits we still made the trip over to have some food in our favourite diner. The food is tasty and plentiful and the staff always have a smile.
