I first went there to redeem a offer on the app, but the empolyees were no help when I explained my situation. I gave them a second chance a few days later, and they told me the offer will be available to me a week from then, which the app didn't inform me. nor did the employees did days prior, wasting my time and energy. In all honesty both experiences ruined my day and bummed me out :(

Good but a worker named stefany charged me too much, gave me the wrong order and size and I was disappointed. Overall good place but stefany👎

the lady in the fromt did not understand anything we were saying. she barley even spoke english. made rude remarks. and forgot to give us our food and i had to remind her which made us wait longer

It’s noon here went for a lunch at the food court and they’re closed even though online shows open… completely draped like they haven’t opened all day

I'm giving this place mostly one star ratings because today I happened not to have any money and I was waiting for a bus so went in to the Aventura Mall to Auntie Anne's to ask for a cup of ice water since it is extremely hot outside and was told very rudely that a cup of ice water is $1.06 !!!
What has happened to humanity these days...
Charging for water is absolutely absurd....

I should have known something was wrong: it's 3:30 p.m. on Sunday and there's no line. Haven't been here in a few months and I get my usual lemonade and cinnamon sugar, but this time I got to cinnamon sugars. What a waste of money, barely had any sugar on it it's just like eating bread. Last time I'm coming there. It's like these people are just getting so cheap they want to charge you more money and give you less

The worker Caridad has horrible customer service, she works in the food court stand. The place is only accepting cash there is no visible sign, she let me place my order to tell me after I ordered that is was cash only… I told her I would come back with cash. 2 minutes later she tells me they don’t have the cheese pretzel… when they had a whole bunch and said they changed it. She did not make sense at all and does not speak English!! Do not have someone work in a busy area that can’t provide the proper customer service. SHE IS THE WORST

My girlfriend was feeling bad and I asked them for a cup of water, they denied me, after a few attempts they said they would give me but I had to pay a dollar for a cup of water… that is nonsense, I have never seen something like this before
