“Really top shelf service
Gave my kid a complimentary rainbow bagel when his “mean” mom wouldn’t buy him one;)
And put the leftover chocolate milk in a 3rd cup even though I only ordered two to placate that same grumpy child (yes I got him other food. Yes we need to work on discipline. No im not worlds most awful mom lol!)
All in all felt very accommodated and well serviced. Food was also very yummy.

“Bagel Boss kills it. The bagels are fresh and delicious, they have SO many options for spreads including non dairy/vegan friendly options. The prices are completely reasonable. The food was ready quickly, it was delicious. Finally, the staff was so warm, kind, welcoming and helpful. Great experience, 10/10 would recommend!“

The old manager was fired, and now Catalina is in charge. She’s professional, efficient, and really turned things around. I know her from Juice by Julie, and she’s been great here too. The service is much better, and I’m confident this location is in good hands now.

9/18/25 .I came today to pick up an uber eats order. The person behind the counter was very busy filling a big box order. I saw this bag that said uber eats on the counter (see pic) and it looked like it was set there to be picked up by customers, so I checked to see if the receipt had my name on it. Meanwhile this extremely rude and aggressive man (see pic) yelled at me and told me to not touch anything and to ask him first. I tried to explain that I was just checking to see if it was my uber eats order which looks the same as this. He continued to be rude. I then calmly suggested to him that if they don’t want people to pick up their order themselves maybe they shouldn’t put it right here on the counter where it’s misleading as it looks like it’s ready for pickup. I go to Starbucks regularly and pick up my order which is waiting on the counter among other orders, so this is a common practice for businesses to leave the order out for pickup by the customer. I’ve never however been yelled at in a Starbucks or any other restaurant for checking if something was my order. Totally rude and unacceptable, seems to be poor management over there and they’re not respectful to their customers.“

“Hello? Sausage is too thick (in the good way 😋). So obvious this is the best bagel on the eastern seaboard. Other highlights - matcha, pastries, hot sauce, staff, and that pretty good bench situation in the back. NOT giving it 5 stars because it’s my buddies place - but because of excellence.“

“From the outside, it looks like a little hole in the wall. But once you enter this exquisite restaurant, it’s actually huge and beautifully decorated. They have 12 tables and I believe 6 booths , with old Edison light bulbs hanging over the tables. If you’re tired of overpriced diner food or exuberantly priced , not so good bar food in the Miami Beach area. Then you really should go to Love ❤️ Brunch in the 6500 block of Collins Ave. The food here is Great!!! The price is very affordable!!! So if you’re in Miami Beach area and looking for a excellent breakfast, brunch or lunch. This is the place you should go. The Love❤️ Brunch.“

“It was my first time at Brooklyn Water Co. I’m in the Hallandale Beach area and I didn’t know this place was somewhat close. Co-workers spoke of BWC and that I should try it.
