Bourbon Steak Miami by Michael Mina

This was our second visit to Bourbon, Miami. We were treated like special guests. Our waiter remembered us from two months ago. We met the general manager and later the chef. Outstanding. The only thing that exceeded the quality of the meal was the outstanding service. We will return the next time we are in Miami.

It's never easy dining with 2 little kids. Especially upscale dining. But we weren't letting the kids get in our way of trying this... and neither did the outstanding staff. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming... and the food was as outstanding as we knew it would be. Can't wait to go back.

As always Anibal and his team provides for a 5 star experience every single time! The food, atmosphere, and service are impeccable.

From hostesses to manager to servers, they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. We were dining with a toddler and they knew exactly how to keep him happy. Not easy, nor expected at a restaurant so beautiful and upscale. The food was delicious and the complimentary french fries trio was fantastic. Every single person who worked there said “hello” and had a smile. We highly recommend this restaurant whether staying at the hotel or in the area.

Felt like I was just being pushed through and rushed. Quality has deteriorated over the years. By the time I sat down and ordered appetizers they were on my table within 5 minutes. Dinner was at my table within 25 minutes of sitting down. Considering the cost of the meal it was not worth the experience at all.

Absolutely outstanding! From the minute we walked in we were served delicious martinis at the bar, followed by a wine presentation from the Somalia for our special occasion. Appetizers were prepared table side with an elegant demonstration that surely satisfied our pallet. We enjoyed the steak tartare and the tuna tartare. Our table enjoyed everything from the Bronzino, to the short rib, to the fillet And to the rib cage. The bourbon steak sauce is a delicious accompaniment with any steak. Our sides were asparagus and mashed potatoes. The Professionalism of the staff exceeded our expectations. This was not our first visit and it definitely won't be the last.

Always a great experience everytime I go to this restaurant. Shermon was great. Food was great and delicious.

Excellent customer service!!!! The guy remembered my children's name all the time taking care of us, he was on top of every single detail and he helped us to select our food. The recommendations were 100% accurate, food was delicious!!!

Hostess was not accommodating at all. When you're paying at least $150 every time you sit down, the least you can try to do is accommodate your guests. Our waiter was good, but where we were placed killed our experience thanks to the hostess and her unwillingness to assist or follow up with us.

Food was great but came out cold and made the meal disappointing. Made reservations for Sat. Evening while staying at the hotel and they seated my family of 4, in a corner booth away from the main dining area which wasn't appreciated. Will think twice about going back.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The food is delicious and the service is really special. It is expensive but they don't pressure you to but things you will be too full to eat and they are willing to split salads. Wine list is great. I'm not a big dessert eater but I will say in this case try to save room!

Amazing atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. The food was cooked to perfection and the staff was very attentive! My husband and I were greeted with a “best wishes” card since it was the last night of our honeymoon, and the chef sent over a delicious dessert to celebrate as well! We will definitely be back next time we are in Miami!
