Bad times we live in now. So, the place I work in decided to help restaurants in the area. Every week they order from a different place within the city. Unfortunately this week they ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings. They order about 60 meals each Thursday. The order is place with plenty of time. Maybe employees at this place have some reading disorder? We were told of a limited menu which we agreed to, so the order would be simple. The menu was 3 items only. But here, if you ordered a southern chicken sandwich, you got wings. If you ordered a veggie burger, you got wings...and so on. We were also told that they DID NOT provide delivery as said on their signs and web page, so we had to pick up the items ourselves. No sauce was offered. The wings were tasteless and the fries are the worst I have tasted in a long time. Multiply this by 60. I see by reading the other comments that this is normal in this place if you go by yourself...imagine ordering for 60!! Would definitely not recommend this place nor go there again.

I've been to this location once to eat, and I agree with the others that service is pretty slow. It took 25 minutes for orders to be taken, and another 40 minutes for the actual food to be brought. So I wasn't that surprised when I went by this location last week to pick up an order to go. The website said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, and I got there about 25 minutes later and waited socially distanced in line until my name was called by the lone lady working the front desk. A man waiting for much longer than I had stuck his head in the entrance and asked about something in his order, saying, "Come on, this is ridiculous," to which she replied, "It's coming, no need to be rude." When I got up to the desk, she told me to pay with the card reader, and she quickly went into the back kitchen area. The transaction wasn't started, so there was more waiting for the lady to return so that I could finish paying, take my order and go. I remember wondering why they don't have the capability to take online payments when orders are placed. Their phone was ringing for the entire 10 minutes I was standing at the front counter, and it eventually stopped ringing, most likely because the person calling got fed up and hung up. The whole process, just for waiting in line and to pay and pick up, from when I arrived at the restaurant, took 40 minutes. My food already did not feel warm through the bag when I picked it up. They do BOGO boneless wings on Thursdays, and I'll admit, I like boneless wings because they're easier to eat (and happen to be slightly less expensive than bone in wings). So last Thursday, I got two orders of boneless wings for the price of one, with Dry Heat rubbing spice (hot) and Wild sauce (wild). The Dry Heat sauce less option is good to preserve the crispiness of the chicken breading and added some nice flavor to it. But there was more seasoning at the bottom of the container than there was on the wings. The Wild sauce was amped up buffalo sauce; if you like pretty spicy hot sauce, this one's for you. I like hot sauce and I had to pace myself in eating these since I needed to drink water in between wings. I think I'd return to pick up on the promotional days like BOGO Tuesdays and Thursdays, since the food itself is not bad. It's fun to try the different sauces since there are so many of them. But I really doubt it's worth going for regular prices and putting up with the delays in simple pickup service. I hope they can get more staff in the restaurant in general.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been too. It took almost forever to be seated even though there were empty tables and waitresses just staring at us. It took 2+ hours to get our food and I’m sure our waitress didn’t even put our order in. Never ever come here.

One star is too much for them!! Do not go here!! We went on a Saturday lunch here, there was nobody there, just us in the whole restaurant... the waiter took like 10 min to come n take the order... she bring our drinks like 5 min after but the 30 MINUTES for our food!! We were about to leave cuz there was no reason for the delay, it was only us 3!!!! The food was hot n good but they charge us 70 dollars for 3 plates of 9 chicken wings!! I try to fight that the price was too much but they blame it on the day, time n place!! I didnt leave any tip n left!! Dont waste your money here!! Much better places to spend 70 dollars on!

On vacation in the area. Have a kitchen in the condo but my son wanted BWW. They had a great special where you could double your wing count. Great deal for a 15 yr old growing child who can be expensive on vacation. He also has lunch for tomorrow. The place was pretty empty but the service was still slow. Very friendly wait staff but when you are eating hot wings the attention to your refills should be priority!

I came here with a group of people around the time when they first opened this location. The whole group thought that the whole service was horrible because it was very slow, the food was horrible and just tasted nasty and bland overall, then the Wings being extremely small. On top of it the bathroom was also extremely dirty like they never maintained it in a very long time.

They serve you food very slowly. You get there and order. People get seated and order 10 min after you and they get food before you. A family left because they waited so long.

One of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited stay clear of this place. The service is terrible we literally waited an hour and half to never even get our food so we decided to just go. Everyone around that came after us got there food and still we waited forever for nothing

TERRIBLE... is it a pre-requisite that you're incompetent to work in this place? As the previous comments have reiterated. Terrible! I ordered a burger with onion rings and a side of fries. The amount of fries they put in was wrong and nno onion rings... Guys we're not saving manatees here and this isn't rocket science. You all have one job... ridiculous.

Not sure what is happening in this unit but the service was horrible. We went in a Friday night in a group of 10 . The restaurant was busy and there was 1 attending the whole major area. I saw in the entire restaurant about 4 people working... the first drink took 1 hour and 40 min to reach the table and the food right after cold !!! The bills almost all came with at least 1 mistake and my surprising cake ordered at the beginning came after we started standing to leave... disaster
