⭐ 0 Star Very disappointing experience. They delivered the wrong burgers and didn’t even know which order belonged to which person. The fries were burnt and tasted terrible. Definitely not what I expected from BurgerFi — I don’t recommend it at all.

Good Evening , I visited your location worse experience ever i mean worse , i have been here before few months ago it was nice well one young lady was, but i walked in no one at counter , i went to the bathroom with my daughter it was nasty i mean nasty take dirty, windows's dirty everything. after this visit i want be back . Food nasty cold attitudes no one to help you no soda etc like no soda really. No manager to help like who is in charge .

Great Food & Service – But Please Dim the Lights Inside And change to a warm white.
We've been coming to BurgerFi for years—it's our go-to spot. The burgers are always awesome, and it's great that they offer lettuce wrap options instead of buns, which we both love.
On our recent visit, my wife and I each had lettuce wrap burgers, and as usual, they were fantastic. I didn’t realize the burger already came with jalapeños, so I asked for extra along with some raw sliced onions. Jack from the kitchen happily prepared them for me, and both he and Sebastian were super pleasant and showed great customer service.
The only downside is the new, very bright white lighting over the indoor tables. It’s honestly pretty harsh and makes sitting inside uncomfortable. Because of that, we’ll stick to the outdoor seating for now.
Great food, great people—just hoping they soften the lighting indoors sometime soon!
