0/10. Do not recommend. Burger was burnt, bun was burnt, we asked for medium. Ordered a brownie and it was burnt you can smell the scent of burnt from the second the server placed the brownie on table. Never coming back.

Horrible service, the staff more distracted about chatting among themselves than servicing customer. They took forever to serve 3 customers and to top it off even forgot my sandwich, I had to remind them.
Crème brûlée was amazing, skirt steak was amazing, vibe was great, and the waitress was amazing. I’d go back.

I had an outstanding experience at the Café Bistro at Nordstrom. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Jorge, the host, greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome right away with his kind and professional demeanor.
Our server, Cristina, was equally impressive friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
The food was absolutely delicious fresh ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and flavors that exceeded our expectations for a bistro inside a department store. The combination of excellent service and high-quality food truly made this visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If there was a 0 star rating, I would put it.
The wait was very long. When food arrived,no one offered a condiments for my burger ora pepper for a lobster bisque. Whewn we asked, it took another 10 minutes to get. The steak was cold and theyre-heated it for another 20 min, after which it was not medium anymore.
Asked for a manager - he came 10 min later in dirty clothes, no action, no reply afetr listening to our complaints. Terrible! Not a Nordstrom period.

Had their outstandingly good butternut squash cream, came with wonderful toast on the side plus other goodies. Congratulations to their chef, staff and management.
Best food ever!!!
This café bistro serves delicious, generously portioned sandwiches packed with flavor. Each bite was satisfying, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. However, the dining experience was somewhat affected by the seating arrangement. We were placed in a private event room, which had terrible acoustics—so much echo that it was difficult to hold a conversation. While the food was excellent, the noise level in that particular space made the atmosphere less enjoyable. If you visit, it might be worth requesting a table in the main dining area for a better experience.
Arnaldo was our server and he was super, ask to be served by him and he will give you very good suggestions !
Tell them Flavia sent you🙂
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS messes up my to go order. Something is always missing or not done right but they sure as hell don’t forget to charge you a lot extra for a tiny little sauce. Just meh. Always something. Don’t reccomend eating here unless you like being disappointed.

Only 3 tables and the food took so long to arrive. A silly spectacle of a once great dining experience. Overcooked salmon, under seasoned pasta. When asked for pepper…server brought a bit of fine pepper as if they’ve never heard of cracked pepper on pasta. A waste of $50+ bucks.
