I had an outstanding experience at the Café Bistro at Nordstrom. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Jorge, the host, greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome right away with his kind and professional demeanor.
Our server, Cristina, was equally impressive friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
The food was absolutely delicious fresh ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and flavors that exceeded our expectations for a bistro inside a department store. The combination of excellent service and high-quality food truly made this visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If there was a 0 star rating, I would put it.
The wait was very long. When food arrived,no one offered a condiments for my burger ora pepper for a lobster bisque. Whewn we asked, it took another 10 minutes to get. The steak was cold and theyre-heated it for another 20 min, after which it was not medium anymore.
Asked for a manager - he came 10 min later in dirty clothes, no action, no reply afetr listening to our complaints. Terrible! Not a Nordstrom period.

Had their outstandingly good butternut squash cream, came with wonderful toast on the side plus other goodies. Congratulations to their chef, staff and management.
Best food ever!!!
This café bistro serves delicious, generously portioned sandwiches packed with flavor. Each bite was satisfying, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. However, the dining experience was somewhat affected by the seating arrangement. We were placed in a private event room, which had terrible acoustics—so much echo that it was difficult to hold a conversation. While the food was excellent, the noise level in that particular space made the atmosphere less enjoyable. If you visit, it might be worth requesting a table in the main dining area for a better experience.
Arnaldo was our server and he was super, ask to be served by him and he will give you very good suggestions !
Tell them Flavia sent you🙂
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS messes up my to go order. Something is always missing or not done right but they sure as hell don’t forget to charge you a lot extra for a tiny little sauce. Just meh. Always something. Don’t reccomend eating here unless you like being disappointed.

Only 3 tables and the food took so long to arrive. A silly spectacle of a once great dining experience. Overcooked salmon, under seasoned pasta. When asked for pepper…server brought a bit of fine pepper as if they’ve never heard of cracked pepper on pasta. A waste of $50+ bucks.

Went to the Nordstrom Bistro for the first time since before COVID, as I used to frequent it often and loved it. I recall this location being closed for a hot minute during the pandemic and was absolutely crushed when the Nordstrom Bistro (and store itself) at Dadeland Mall closed down. I always get nervous going to restaurants that I haven't gone to in a while in fear that things might have changed. I was so excited to find out that this bistro location was open, so I dragged my partner to Aventura Mall to satisfy my 4-year-long craving for a Bistro Club. The restaurant itself still had the same cozy decor and the food was just as delicious as I had remembered. Same sandwich, same crispy mountain of fries, and same olive aioli. Our waitress, Nicole, was FABULOUS and very attentive. She even offered us a creme brulee that she had accidentally ordered an extra of for another table so that it wouldn't go to waste. Everything completely exceeded my expectations and I was very happy that they still give you their signature chocolate sticks when they come by with the check. My heart was so happy and I am looking forward to returning!

Arrived there for lunch. Hostess was cool, she helped me ordered my food before I sat down. There is an option of tipping including ( I did tip btw ) and there is a visual plate of the desserts. Estefania was my server. I ordered Nordstrom Burger, Crème brûlée, and juice. The dessert came late, Estefania apologize for it. No biggie, things happen. Love the Garlic Aïoli sauce, the juice tasted fresh. This visit dedicated to my ex German American girlfriend. Cue in the songs: " My Sacrifice"by Creed and "Beautiful Day" by U2
