This particular Nordstrom Bistro Café is phenomenal. Not only is the food consistently delicious, but the staff is among the kindest and most welcoming I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. And I’ve traveled the world.

When I visited last weekend, one of the hosts, Donna, immediately recognized me—even though my last visit was nearly six months before! She greeted my family warmly and even remembered the exact soup I liked. I was genuinely taken...

I have always been a fan of Nordstrom Cafes but had not visited in a while. Returned today and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waiter Michael was very attentive and kind. I hope it continues to serve into the future.

Nordstrom Café Bistro has been part of our lives for over 13 years. My son was just 6 years old when we first started coming here, and he is now 19. That alone should say everything about the consistency and quality of this place.

The food is always fresh, beautifully presented, and reliably delicious. But what truly makes this location special is the hospitality. Manager Jorge is exceptional. He creates an atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming, and personal....
