First time at this restaurant and definitely coming back. Great atmosphere, good food and incredible service by John. Manager Peter definitely knows his job!!!
Amazing Italian food
Came to this restaurant for the first time for a wine tasting. Beautiful restaurant with a great ambience and location. The service was wonderful. Everyone was professional and friendly. Food was delicious! The only thing I have to say is that personally the fish was needing some potatoes. But I loved this place and can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.
A beautiful restaurant with excellent service. Unfortunately, the food was lacking in a variety of ways. I'll start by saying that by no means was it bad. I measure its value based on the price point. This is an expensive restaurant and in line with most of the other restaurants I've reviewed. Therefore, I feel I'm a fair judge. The octopus was beautifully presented but lacked flavor and, in fact, was almost tasteless. My entre, frutti di mare was at the other end of the spectrum it had too much going on with no clear direction as to what the chef was trying to create. The black pasta was overcooked. The proteins were nicely cooked, but I had to fight the lobster to get it out of its shell. Plus, offering lobster was a waste. The sauce was so powerful that it wiped out being able to actually taste the sweetness of the lobster meat. In addition, the sauce lacked the heat (spiciness) that I was expecting, but rather unusually sweet. I've had both these dishes at a variety of restaurants, so I know what they should be like. I doubt I'll eat here again.
Beautiful and quiet outside dining, with exceptional staff, wide selection of choices, each perfectly prepared. It's a real winner Bravo to Stéphano and his leadership.
Our dinner at Casa D'Angelo was excellent. The table was perfect, waiter was excellent, food delicious. It is pricey but worth it. The overall evening was perfect. Thank you.
Highly recommend! Wonderful food, friendly service, excellent wine list, very nice atmosphere. Every dish we ordered was fresh and delicious. Carlos took great care of us. Will return for sure.
This restaurant was a great find. Everything we had was phenomenal! The calamari, bolognese, the stuffed ravioli, the expresso martinis...all delicious!
The food as always was awesome, and so was the presentation, try the desserts you be amazed with the cinnamon ice cream and hot apple pastry. Our waiter even brought us bread to dip in our sauce at the end of our dinner awesome...!
Our dinner here was superb. The Osso Buco and Dorade specials were incredible. The soft shell crab with a shallot quiche was also very good. What made this meal even better was our amazing waiter Paolo! He was incredibly gracious, funny and even gave us recommendations for restaurants in Naples, Italy (his hometown) for our trip next week. Definitely try this place.

Great restaurant to sit and talk, really comfortable. One dish was outstanding as were the desserts. The branzino was bland; the potatoes were stale and bland. The pasta with mushrooms was outstanding. The mussels were okay but bitter. The caesar salad was great. But it was a lovely evening outside seating. Two hundred dollars plus is outrageous for two people and the valet on top of it!
Usually we enjoy this restaurant very much, but this time almost everything that could go wrong did. It started with a half order of pasta being a full order ( which was the least of the problems) but that was corrected on the bill. My husband and I shared a whole fish which would have been delicious had it been filleted properly and we didn't each have two bones in the first bite. The manager took it back to make sure there were no more bones, but we both had bones in the next bite as well. I understand that there can be a couple of bones when they fillet the fish, but bones in every bite really isn't acceptable. When we sent the fish back my husband ordered the chicken Milanese, which our server mistook for a different chicken dish, which she brought him. It was very good, but certainly not what he ordered. It was a very unfortunate experience which will make us think twice before going back any time soon.
Casa D'Angelo Aventura is the “go to” Italian in Miami and remains at the top of its game. The Osso Bucco is to die for!
