Bad customer service. Employees are more engaged in their conversation than helping customers with their orders.
Online orders are more than 20 late every time. Not even know why they give you a time online if you will have to wait and wait to be done.
At this point I think is best to just do the line.
Property isn’t clean. Food in the floor. Tables not clean. Again, employees have the time and leisure to talk and engage but not to upkeep this property.
