Tiny portions, half scoops of everything. You point — they give you nothing.

Guacamole is an extra charge for one sad spoon.
Asked for more — staff gets attitude.

Manager comes out and says “this is correct”.
So being cheap is policy now.

Overpriced. Greedy. You leave hungry.
Way better places nearby.

If a manager or supervisor, sees this, please revise your staff because something needs to be done urgently and you definitely need to fire some people . The rudest people work there, like literally almost one after another they are disgustingly rude, and unbearably shameless. There is a large team working there, meaning a lot of staff members and perhaps I’ve seen two employees only that were nice or normal. Other than that, it’s literally unbelievable how bad they are, and they have no shame in correcting their behavior or apologizing or feeling bad. At the beginning I thought that they perhaps had a bad day or it’s extremely busy and it’s very hard to work under those demands that come with a busy place, but you can tell that it’s just how they are because no matter what you say or don’t say or do/do not do, their behavior doesn’t change and they feel no remorse/ regret in behaving that way at all. They also overcharged me by adding to the order, and when I went back, they kind of refused to help, and they threw it in my face that it’s not them, that it was I don’t know who, and upon insisting, and having the “I don’t know who” asked about it, he refused to cooperate and couldn’t care less About the situation. So like I said, no matter what your problem is over there or your request, the treatment you’re receiving is at its worst. I simply don’t know how they work there, how are they allowed to?

This was genuinely disgusting. While at the Chipotle in Aventura on Saturday, we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall near the drink station where customers grab napkins. That area is constantly used and should be kept clean at all times.

Seeing that completely ruined our appetite, and we ended up throwing our food away. If this is what’s visible to customers, it honestly begs the question of what the back kitchen looks like. This is a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately.

I visited the restaurant at midday, and it was very crowded. It took approximately thirty minutes before I was able to place my order and receive it to go.

What stood out the most was that, from the moment I walked in, it felt as though I had stepped into a fryer. The ventilation is extremely poor, and I left with a strong fried smell on my clothes and my eyes stinging. This issue truly needs improvement, as it is likely unhealthy and makes the restaurant a much less appealing option, even though the food and the location are very good.

The food was good but the service was horrendous. The line was at the door, and there was only one person helping serve the food when there were three other people in the back. I’ve never been at a slower chipotle.

This location was extremely dirty, and the customer service was terrible. The employees had bad attitudes, and they were out of basic items like ice, cheese, and chicken. The meat looked old and gross, and the condiments were a mess. Everything was just vile. I’ve been to many Chipotles and have never had such a bad experience.
