Don't go here for the food. Get a drink and enjoy the view. The staff working here are awesome, and the drinks are great. The food leaves a bit to be desired.

The atmosphere is amazing but the services is horrible, food wait time was horrendous and the communication with staff was unbearable. I tried to order about 5 different items and they were all out. I finally was able to get the last chicken sandwich at 6pm. They messed up the order after 40 minute wait and charged an automatic 20% gratuity for horrible service. I say if you stay at the hotel I would not waste your time here and just order door dash or uber eats.

Nice place. Maria, our bartender was very attentive and always with a smile. She quickly served our drinks while we were looking through the menu.Ordered the salmon and was very good.

My experience with the bartender María Laura every time is super nice and super attentive. The place, food and the service is always good. I recommended all time …. ??

Like others have mentioned the flat bread tastes like it has been microwaved and it over-sauced with marinara. They were out of quite a few menu options when dined on a Saturday evening. The server/bar tender was super cool but took a half hour to get service. The 2nd star is for him being chill. Would recommend dining elsewhere. Not up to Hilton standard and you’ll wind up disappointed. Only a little upset bc I get $15 daily food credit for being a diamond member. Whole Foods hot bar is better option and it’s cheaper.

Wait was super long. 30 minutes for a steak n fries. Never came back to see if I needed anything else.. of course since 20%gratuity is already added to your bill automatically. Very disappointed..

Up and down here. Stayed at the Serena for 3 nights. 2nd day I came down, I asked for a few different beers that they offered, but they were not available so the bartender covered my drinks for that time. Flatbread was okay, left a lot to be desired. Burnt. Appreciate the bartender that day, he was amazing. I'm now down here for my last night. Bartender has no care in the world but talking to her friend sitting at the bar. No one here gets service but the free 15 seconds she gives when someone complains. Don't go to this bar at night when she's here. Awful service.

Not great, especially for what they charge. Ambience is subpar. Restrooms are worse than your local gas station - uncomfortable and not clean. Toilet paper dispenser was almost empty. Felt bad for the next person so I left enough behind. Staff doesn't seem to care for such a popular spot. Food was alright, drinks were better that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. Cielo? More like Infierno!

Drinks and bartender were great. However, we waited 45 minutes and never received our French fries appetizer. The guys across from us waited over 90 minutes for tacos, so we just canceled our food and ate elsewhere.

Very nice restaurant and food was delicious. I had the chicken wings and they were crispy how I like them. Menu has options for Buffalo as well. Lots of selections that offer variety for anyone. From mahi tacos to pastrami sandwiches. Service was great but a little slow only because they had one person working the bar and the tables and he became a little overwhelmed. But still was very polite and attentive. Trivia and social hour started at 7 which was entertaining. Mojito was exceptionally good. If you want to avoid Miami traffic this is a Good choice to visit if you don't want to venture out to another restaurant in the area.

Great service.

$16 for an old fashioned that tasted like it was just a double shot on the rocks with a cherry thrown in.$8 for bottled beer. And ~$10 for a horrible flatbread pizza that I'm sure was microwaved. And you literally had to stop or flag down the bartender to get these items. Heard the hamburger wasn't too shabby. The 2nd star is for the pool/view which was nice.

Service was fine. Food lacked flavor. Wait is semi long. Price vs quality and value was not there.

Great food, especially for a hotel restaurant. We ate breakfast here 2 days and dinner once. Everything we had was delicious. Highly recommended if staying at the Serena Hilton.
