What a very unpleasant place! I can’t believe a place like this is in aventura! What a shame! They need to clean this place up ASAP! The tables are all dirty! Floors are nasty and the bathroom it’s a piss pool! And the employees and very unprofessional and their personal hygiene is never the best! I’m a regular client form the neighborhood but I’m not coming back after today! Just a nasty place!

No matter the flavor, it consistently disappoints and lacks any real appeal. Additionally, during our visit, one of the staff members repeatedly interrupted our order to request a charger, which significantly detracted from our experience. I strongly recommend giving this place a pass.

Absolutely garbage ice cream and the people behind the counter r gross with attitude and they’re serving ice cream like it’s milk. Don’t go here it’s nasty! Watermelon flavour tasted like nothing 0 flavour in there ice-creams!

The ice cream started melting as soon as it arrived at my door. It tasted mid, and I would not recommend it. I was expecting all four of the ice creams that I ordered, but I only received three.??? I am very disappointed with my experience with Coldstone.

I came for an order to pick up...and it was poorly made...I went in and asked them to please make it right and again they made it wrong...a total of 3 times and I was not satisfied with my order...and then the employees were not They know how to do their job well...because no one could solve that incident...so where is the manager who can give a fair solution to the customer...I will never return to that ice cream parlor

It's a shame to leave a bad Review because the creams are very good. but it is impressive how they forget to add the extras that you ask for, ordering online (where they see it written over and over again) and going to the physical location. They always forget to put the M and M on my <love it>
And the other bad thing is that they do not accept dogs inside, however they accept children where they leave the tables super dirty

I went to this place with my family to eat ice cream almost at closing time and they sold us the ice cream from there. We went out and sat on some chairs outside to eat and two workers came out to tell us that we couldn't sit there because they were already leaving. to close, first time I see that in the United States that they vote for you from a place where you are consuming because they are going to close the most appropriate thing is to wait for us to finish or not to have sold us if they were already going to close and they did not want to wait for us to eat I do not recommend Nobody was there, we felt very discriminated against and we were with a small, sad baby.
