I went into Crumbl Cookies to pick up an order I had placed through the app, and no one greeted me or seemed to care that I was there. Then a gentleman walked in, and they immediately greeted him and attended to him kindly. They handed him his order and continued to ignore me. I had to be the one to speak up and ask about my order. It was very unpleasant that no one even took a moment to let me know my order was being prepared or packed. On top of that, there were cookies scattered all over the place. Overall, I did not enjoy the experience.
