We visited Eataly today and were served by Stella. The service was outstanding—she was attentive, professional, and gave us excellent recommendations for both food and drinks, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. You can tell she truly loves her job and genuinely cares about her guests. We will definitely be coming back!
Overall, this place is spectacular. The manager, Luciana, is a very pleasant and resourceful person. Mr. Víctor provided us with impeccable service. The food was excellent, and the place is beautiful and cozy. When bringing the food to the table, they explain the preparations to us, always with a smile. All the staff are wonderful. A perfect night—10 out of 10. Highly recommended.
My friend took me here since she went the weekend before. The food was amazing. We ate in the inner restaurant. Afterwards my friend wanted to go to the coffee shop in the market. The young guy at the bakery/coffee shop was rude but overall, I would definitely eat here again.
