Simple the Best !!!!

I placed an order on the website on 12.07.2024 and got a tracking number on 12.09.2024. This is the last time i heard anything about the order. The tracking number just says that the carrier has not yet received the order and this was over a week ago. I have sent 3 emails and still no response. I tried to call but no one picks up and the voicemail box is full. I wish I had gone with other locations because it is now too late for me to get it for Christmas and new year. I shop online all the time and this is the worst experience I have ever had. If i could give them a negative score, i would.

This time 10 days out and I had to call them to inquire and was told they'd call me back, which they did not. The wine was out of stock. No return phone call. Won't order again.

I previously ordered from them online and had a great experience. However, this time has been dreadful. I ordered two bottles of Nami Mexican sake and requested to cancel the order via email just four hours later. I received no response. I followed up the next day, but still heard nothing. Today, I received an email stating that the order is about to be shipped. I replied immediately, but once again, no response! Please just refund my money and cancel the order!!

I never write reviews, but these guys are the best. Whether you need some week night bottles or something for a special occasion, the team here has you covered. Great selection and great website, you can get some great wines with their promotions. But I really love coming in person to pick up. The team is always helpful and very knowledgeable. They are often hosting tastings…last time I was there, they had a guy cutting iberico ham from cinco jotas while offering some incredible Spanish wines. Incredible. No one better in south Florida.
