Unfortunately, this place is not recommended. It’s the second time I’ve gotten GASTROENTERITIS after eating here. The manager should audit the employees—and the manager themselves, if there is one. It took over 25 minutes to receive an order that had already been purchased online. There were many people waiting unnecessarily while only two employees were working. All the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. The merchandise was left outside in plain view when it should be properly stored, especially since it’s labeled as fresh. Even after the long wait, the order was prepared incorrectly—they gave us what the lady wanted instead of what we paid for. The service and attention were disappointing. The staff was not friendly either. The bathrooms were also very dirty. Another important detail: the burgers came out broken and cracked, and the lettuce was in poor condition, which should not happen. This place is not recommended.

My wife and I had Valentine’s Day dinner here and the cashier Deangelo gave us 5 star service. He welcomed us as soon as we walked in and answered any questions my wife had… ( it was her first time here) Not use to this level of service from a fast food place so just wanted to shout him out.

We are fans of Five Guys and this is by far the worst we have been to!
The fries were almost raw, the burger was not very juicy and had almost no sauce, and the burger sauce did not even cover the other ingredients.
The tables were dirty, the trash cans were so full that there was no room to put our trash in, and the typical dinner time had not yet started.
On the positive side, the milkshakes were delicious as always, and the staff was so friendly.
Five Guys delivers on flavor every time! The burgers are juicy, and the fries are always fresh and crispy. The free toppings make it easy to customize your meal just the way you like it. The only reason for 4 stars is the slightly higher price point, but the quality definitely makes up for it. Great spot for a satisfying burger fix!
