foood is fantastic restaurant was very busy ( went during holiday period) so if you wanted a table inside you had to wait for 30 minutes even if you had a reservation we chose to sit outisde so we didnt have to wait but the atmosphere inside is a lot better - music , dark loghting etc the waiter was very nice despite being so busy

Needed to speak to the floor Manager about a simple request we had but the manager didn’t even want to look in my direction, was extremely rude and dismissive. A mangers job is to listen to the custom and to fix any problems. Instead he turned it into a bigger issue. The waiters were very kind and the food was mediocre (used to offer much better food). It’s the atmosphere that brings people back. I’ve eaten at this restaurant more times than I can count but the manger was a big turnoff. I hope the owner sees this.

You will wait for hour's no joke outside With reservation be careful before your book know that you're going to have to wait outside with your whole family for close to 2 hours
The ambience for the most part is okay, except when they need to celebrate something. When that happens, it turns into a disco for thirty to sixty seconds, with very loud music. My main was brought out way too early and got cold, it actually arrived before all the appetizers I ordered. They've forgotten to bring me the glass of wine that I order and they took my napkin away in middle of my meal without merealizing. To top it off, I was charged a mandatory twenty percent service charge!
