Friends had recommended this resto so we tried it this evening - and so happy we did! As we were at the Mall earlier and were meeting friends for dinner at 6 pm we dropped by to see if we needed a reservation. The Manager who was by chance working the front stand at that particular moment said no worries at that time and I will remember you. When we returned he did remember us and sat us at table and even sent over a cheese board (which was excellent). We had a salad (IHarry's chopped salad) and a margarita pizza and both were excellent. Will definitely return to this resto next time we are in Aventura. Our server was also very attentive and kind. A genuine pleasure!

Great service and great food. Sad I can't remember our servers name but he was excellent. Recommend- Roasted chicken wings GP meatballs Mah Boy pizza- pepperoni, tomato sauce, Calabrian Chile, fontina, fresh mozerlla and arugula Th OG- slow roasted short rib, caramelized onions Also, the manager treated us to ZEPPOLE! This was soooo delish

We got a table straight away and the waitress was friendly and smiley - where did we come from, etc. We ordered our drinks and waited. Got the water, but not the ordered drinks. Ordered the meal - a small shared starter and a large Pizza. The drinks arrived. Waited. Waited. Other people came in. Still waiting. I told the 'greeter' that unless the food came I'd pay for the drinks and go. The starter finally arrived and was very good. then the Pizza arrived and was also very good. More than enough to feed the two of us. So, I can't complain about the food, but the service was poor. And then they expect a large gratuity. I don't mind giving such if it is deserved, and it wasn't

Waiter was extremely nice but as soon as the food came and I was eating the manager decided he needed to close the sliding doors and bumped me. Then he asked me to stop eating and move so he could close the door. They close at 8:45 and at 8:20 he decided to rush. If they are in a rush it is better to not receive new customers at 8:00 pm. Service was terrible.

I just had a fantastic lunch at Genuine Pizza. First of all we were seated promptly and ordered drinks and the Polenta Fries. We were starving and it had taken us over an hour to get to the mall and park on this very rainy Saturday. Hostess or manager came by once the polenta fries came to the table and asked how it was tasting, they were great. My husband and I being so hungry couldn't decide between the Mushroom pizza and the short rib so I ask her what her favorite was and she said being from Wisconsin she would go with the short rib but was hesitant because both were great pies. I asked her is it was at all possible to get half and half, and I told her it was my Birthday she went straight to the pizza maker and got it done for us:) Minutes later an order of mozzarella sticks came out with a lit sparkler the waitress and hostess both sang happy birthday and said it was on the house. Needless to say the pizza was stellar service great and we left very happy! THANK YOU for a fantastic Birthday Lunch!!

Our pizza was good but not great. The toppings were much better than the dough. On a more positive note our salad was delicious and the staff very friendly. It was a pleasure to stop in for lunch.
AMAZING!!! From the signature cocktails, charcuterie board, to the pizza, to the truffle pasta and the zeppoles for dessert ... to die for. I wish I could give them 10 stars... oh and great service too!!

Great option for dinner in Aventura or after a day of shopping! Very good pizza, salads and more. I came here for dinner with friends on a Saturday night and overall, I left happy. We came around 9:30 pm, and as late as it was, this newer area of the mall with lots of restaurants was still pretty busy. Nevertheless, we got seated right away. The service was pretty fast and friendly. We sat outside, which, compared to the inside, was quite casual. My boyfriend and I split the MVP pizza and the kale & apple salad, which was the perfect amount of food. We decided on the 20" instead of the personal-sized, and I'm glad we did because in my opinion the personal isn't really worth the price. You're better off getting a big one and sharing than ordering 2 small pizzas. The MVP pizza was delicious. It had onions, arugula and prosciutto (which I picked off since I don't really eat meat anymore). The crust was thin, but fluffy around the edges, and the sauce was flavorful. I really liked the kale & apple salad, which had baby kale, roasted golden beets, apple slices and almonds with a creamy lemon vinaigrette. It was a good size (enough for sharing with someone alongside a pizza or enough to eat as an entree). I think the combination of ingredients was great, especially because I love beets in a salad. Overall, I thought it was a solid choice for dinner. It's not the cheapest for pizza, but it's marketed to be more upscale. I would definitely come back if I'm ever craving pizza or salad while at Aventura mall.

We arrived at 8:00 pm and the restaurant was almost empty we talked to the hostess and she said the only places available were at the bar. We called the manager and he let us seat at a table but said that the hostess was correct and were his orders to sit people only at the bar

The food is usually good. Today we came in and ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a cheese pizza. The spaghetti is $18 and came as small as a kid portion would and the pasta was very hard. The pizza was very very oily and it barely had cheese. The tomato sauce on the pasta and the pizza was very acidic and it gave me acid reflux. If you are gonna order from this place order uber eats or postmates because it is quicker and the food is usually better.
