Good atmosphere and nice location. It's a pity about the waiter Camilo who was terrible and had a bad attitude. The latte was very bad. They definitely need dedicated employees with experience in the field because it overshadows everything good and rich that this place has.

This is our third time in this location and it’s safe to say that we won’t be coming back. Out of all the Grazianos this one is by far the most poorly managed. I’m not sure if it’s because there is a high influx of tourist that keep it open but for a local it just does not meet the standard. The atmosphere is always dead, the food is lacking and the service is the worst part. Their employees have zero will to serve the customer. Ordering feels like pulling teeth and they always get your order wrong. We love going to the coral gables location and are willing to drive an extra 35 mins just because it’s the complete opposite of this one. I really hope they are able to turn this around.
