Worst experience ever! Your restaurant was close!!! It's was so disgusting to get there and sugar factory didn't exist in Aventura. It's so un respectful for your customers.

The place was closing the next day so a lot of menu options were not available. We were not aware of this and there was no sign anywhere about that. We still had to pay full price for limited menu options.

I went to Sugar Factory for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant was extremely warm and the outside doors were open When we began to order our food none of the sandwiches were available to order from the menu. Once we received our food, because the doors were open we had to fan away the flies. The food was okay but neither the food nor the experience was worth the $200 bill I paid.

Service wasn't great. Our waiter never refilled our waters. They left the outside doors open, so it was hot and I got destroyed by mosquitos while eating indoors. They charged me $8 for a regular drip black coffee and never even refilled it. Place is decorated really nice and they do have an extensive menu. I wouldn't go back though.

Dylan's Candy Bar meets Cheesecake Factory. I wish this place the best however, they couldn't even get the French Fries right. The hostess I must say was very accommodating. Our server although very kind was slow on everything from the start. Drinks took way too long, one was forgotten until he was reminded. The fries came out first and were stale/warm at best. The Caesar Salad was over dressed and way too much cheese. The Rainbow sliders, Cheese Quesadilla, Salmon....all sub par. If the food and service don't improve I don't know how this place will stay in business. With specialty cocktails at just under $50. who is affording this? Dinner for four was around $250. with their standard 20% service charge included and our two kids split their drink and two dishes. I would perhaps feel completely different if I went there for a dessert only...but after the dining experience we all just wanted to get out of there...EVEN THE KIDS.

It was a Thursday night and it was full. Few worker but very slow. Some people left they waited 20min and no one came to them yet. Our food came in 30min the bathroom was dirty. My out of state family was not happy.

Ambiance was the only good part. Food was barely satisfactory, I was thinking everything was going to be out of this world condsidering the hype for this place, but it was a total miss. Basically you pay to see celebrities going to Sugar factory on a big screen lol. Would have much rather went to Cheesecake Factory . Even our dessert was so stale nobody ate the cupcake?

Our reservation was on a Sunday at 11:30am. Although the restaurant had recently opened for brunch, they had already run out of French toast, which eliminated 1/3 of the breakfast options. They also did not have potatoes. The rainbow pancakes were hard. There were pesky flies in the restaurant. Our server moved us directly under an air conditioning vent to keep the flies at bay, but then water from condensation on the air vent above dripped in my food. This restaurant is more style than substance. The food and beverages were appealing to the eye, but not to the stomach.

For an expensive restaurant to start the women's bathroom was gross! Two out of three didn't work and it was very dirty !!! The food was salty ! It was a party of 4 and alll of our food was salty . The waiter was nice it was out of her control . Overall my first and last time I wouldn't go back

We will never go back...1) it was dirty. The floors were dirty, the table was sticky...gross 2) drinks had no alcohol at all 3) food was bad and over priced 3) no kids menu at a place geared toward kids! 3) milkshakes are fun to look at but not even good. The donut was rock hard and not edible. Total waste of money!

Went here for my birthday this year and I'm so glad i did. There's no sugar factory where i live so being able to experience this was amazing. Our waiter was awesome. Hopefully I'll be able to experience this again sometime soon!

Fun place to go with kids. Desserts are amazing. I would skip the Mac and cheese balls. Very bland. The chicken fajitas were great but small portion. The service was okay. They were very pleasant but not on the ball. The big specialty “smoking” drinks are WAY overpriced!!! $40 WITHOUT ALCOHOL!!

Floor and walls were dirty. Hostess stand was unmanned, and employees took off when we entered to avoid helping. Burger was undercooked. Surprise mandatory 3% fee to the restaurant and 17% tip. Slow service, zero ambiance, terrible overall.

Everything was awful from start to finish. Went to celebrate a birthday, left with everyone crying. The food was horrible, the drinks overpriced and with no alcohol and the service was extremely lacking. The restaurant is dirty and everything about it was a huge disappointment. And on top of that it costs a fortune. I'm not sure what's going on here, but I can honestly say this is the worst place I've ever been to. Stay away.

Overestimated. The colorful burgers are ok-good. The drinks are overswet and lack on alcohol. The breakfast burger is not good. Very oily and cliché taste. House salad is not good also (grocery regular sauce over chopped greens and some cherry tomatoes). Price is high for the quality of the food and drinks. Plus 20% service fee os mandatory for any party size (I was in 3 people total.)
