Owner needs to change management. The heavyset manager is RUDE! For the price of the food, be pleasant. The customer service is terrible! It’s like they believe they are doing you a favor by selling you 2 plates for $90 combined. I will rather patronize a black owned business but this place will not get another dollar out of me.

Very overpriced for mall food. The portion sizes are TINY. Food is on the sweet side, sugar seems to be heavy in all dishes. I know Jamaican food has sweet notes but the oxtail tastes sweet not savory. The icing on the cake was the attitude of the supervisor/manager. Rude and condescending towards the gentlemen ahead of us. Then when we got to the register he tried to laugh at me and my partner about it. Not funny and not a customer forward establishment.

The worst customer service I have received in a very long time! I ordered a jerk shrimp but was charged for an ox tail curry. When I told the server (Jeshua S) he had incorrectly charged me, he brushed me to the side and served another customer.
I was then met with whom I believe was the manager.. (Stacy Ann T) a feisty woman that couldn’t care less about one of her employees’ mistake. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t provide a refund receipt. I was then told to pay again for the correct meal without proof of the refund for the incorrect meal. When I told her I was not comfortable with this she sighed, rolled her eyes and chuckled to herself in a very unprofessional and rude manner. In addition to this, a tip was automatically placed against my order. I asked for this to be removed due to the terrible service and of course I was told I couldn’t have a receipt for this refund.
She then tried to charge my friend for a drink she had already paid for.
When I left the counter the server was seen giggling with his colleague which left me feeling very annoyed and dissatisfied.

My family loves Jamaica and Jamaican food. Tried a couple of times to eat here while staying in the hotel that's attached. The first time we stood and waited for a good while for the lady to come take our order and she just never did so we left. The next time we went in my husband was gonna have the Brown stew chicken and when the server opened the container my husband immediately changed his mind as it looked like it had been sitting there for many many hours. Not sure if anything they offer here is good as we never actually got to eat anything. We were so excited to see Jamaican restaurant in the mall and then so sadly disappointed that it wasn't well run.

Amazing jerk chiken bowl, best in SoFlo. Staff are knowledgeable of their products and the taste is out of this world. Located at the Food Hall in Aventura Mall you can't beat their 3 Bs... Bueno, Bonito y Barato.
