I asked if they have shrimp cesar because it was my second time and he said yes then i ordered a chicken cesar salad then he charged me a shrimp salad with extra protein (chicken) when i only ordered a chicken Caesar salad, i did tip him and it came out to $19.18 which is ridiculous for one salad and the error he made and proceeded to charge me.

Terrible service. Staff ignored me for my pickup while pointing at people entering after me for their names and orders. Eventually had to get aggressive to get staff’s attention to get my order. Order wasn’t also prepared as requested: no dressings were added and they didn’t give utensils as requested. Had to again get aggressive to ask for the utensils. The staff might be busy, but their incompetence was appalling and past the point where I could cut them slack. Wouldn’t come back, Sweetgreen is much better.

I come often and there is a reason why, consistency of the fresh quality ingredients, the aesthetics of the salad … tell me you don’t want order this exact salad right now? Value, flavor, texture, seasoning. You tell them medium dressing and it’s medium dressing …

I’ve visited the Aventura location multiple times and feel like they have really declined in their service the last few months .. I went in there this evening and ordered a honey harvest salad ( not my first time ordering it ) and the young gentleman that assisted me looked confused on what ingredients to choose to make the salad . I had to ask him if he can place more arugula because for an almost 14.00 salad he just took a less than a handful and while going down the line he was unsure what toppings it came with .. I’ve visited this location multiple times during different time day and night .. the night shift team has declined in their service and knowledge of the menu .. for $13-$15 salads and bowls in this economy this location and it’s mediocre service is just not worth it ..

Ordered Chicken hot honey and balsamic chicken avocado salad to go. Used to frequent this place. What a drop off in food quality and prep there. Salad tasted like it sat there for days. Lettuce was bitter and soggy, beets were undercooked and tough to bite through, dressing was bland. Spot check what you're selling to your customers. That was awful

This salad was delicious. They allowed you to customize it with over 10 different items. Highly recommend to create your own bowl for the best taste with high quality ingredients will definitely order again.
I recently visited and left feeling disappointed. I ordered a surprise bag from the toogoodtogo app, so I knew I couldn’t make specific requests, but I generally don’t eat fried chicken strips.
I was hoping for a healthier option, like chicken breast, which I see they offer. Despite the manager having the option to accommodate this, no adjustments were made.
To make matters worse, the hot food wasn’t even hot, and the meal was bland—it really needed a sauce which was not included.
I paid extra for mushrooms and shrimp but only received four small, dried-out shrimp.
The staff didn’t help the experience, either. The manager and employees lacked warmth—no one smiled, greeted me, or made me feel welcome. Plus, I had to wait a little longer than expected while the manager stood there watching the employees with eagle eyes.
Overall, it was an underwhelming experience that left me disappointed.
And the dining room had 1 customer eating.

Every time I order here which is weekly, it is worse and worse. My order is wrong 9 x out of 10. Let's be specific, last week I ordered a salad and instead it came as a wrap, plus no dressing. I reviewed receipt and while that was correct I got the wrong order. This has been progressive where items are missing, dressing is wrong, pay for add ons that aren't added. Last week I had a bowl and threw it out because it had several hairs in it. Today, my order didn't have the right chicken. The chicken I had was dried out and looked like it was sitting there for 2 days, and I had avocado in a salad that doesn't come with it and I can't eat anything with that in it so I threw it out (You can't easily pick out either, because it was mixed in and mushy). I am tired of spending so much to always have my order wrong. I don't think the orders are looked at and at this point I'm worried about quality.
