Terrible attention. The wraps sucks. You can do it at home terrible place to eat. They have few dressing choices. If you want a wrap I recommend carrots express it's a much nicer place

Arrived 15 minutes prior to 8 am opening as suggested by google. Finally a staff member arrived at 8:15 to tell me to wait another 15 minutes!! I left without waiting any longer, very dissapointed.

I ordered an açaí bowl without honey, it was delivered with honey and I asked to have it made again. The manager asked me if I was allergic to honey and told me that the ticket did not say that the flight was without honey, I replied; I asked for it without honey, I don't work on the other side. He told me he couldn't give it to me without honey. To which I asked him to return my money. He told me that refunds were made. I told him that I clearly asked for it without honey and that he had to give me back the money. He told me to get out of the way to attend to the rest of the customers and I told him to finish me first. He threatened to call security and printed me the purchase receipt, lying to me that he had made the refund and that it would be effective within 24 hours. A very unpleasant experience

The food is always great, but the service is not. Already three times that I have ordered my food online to pick up and I go past the time it says it'll be ready and it is still not. What pushed my buttons was that yesterday, I ordered my wrap and smoothie and went to pick it up almost an hour after placing the order, when it says it would be ready in 15-20 min, and when I got there they still had not prepared my smoothie and I had to wait. It is frustrating because as a mall employee I order my food with time so all i have to do is pick it up so I can enjoy my short break. Very sad and disappointing.

Delicious fresh juice! The taste was super refreshing and the price was affordable. I was recommended the Vitamin C juice and I wasn’t disappointed.

Best spot in the mall to get juices and smoothies, the açaí bowls are so good too. The food is a good value and everything comes out super quick. I love the melts there! Must try if you don’t want any greasy mall food.

I got “The Billionaire” power smoothie because it has vanilla protein powder in it and I hadn’t eaten too much for the day. I’m not gonna lie, at first sip I was skeptical of the taste. But the more you drink it, the more you love it. I love that the smoothies are made with all natural ingredients. Next time, I’ll ask them to add some more sweetness to it. It’s a bit pricey for JUST a smoothie, but I believe it’s worth it because it’s healthy and you can earn points super easily with their rewards program and earn money off! So that makes it worth it. I’ll definitely be back. I’ll try some food from here next time. Wonderful customer service today from the young woman at the register. She was super sweet and wonderful with recommendations. Keep up the good customer service!

I ordered carrots with apples juice and they use concentrated apple juice

I don’t understand why it has a 3.8 rating. I only go for their smoothies and their smoothies are amazing! This location is one of my favorites! I don’t go for their food because it’s not the best to me but their smoothies are amazing and I’ve always had great customer service when I come each time! :)
