Pizza is good, you can taste quality ingredients etc, the burrata was also pretty good no complains there. The prices are reasonable. However, the service is not very good the servers looked stressed and running around, they forgot our wine and when I went to look for pepper flakes and parm there was none at the counter so i asked the server and I was told in a rude manner it’s selfe serve(which I don’t have a problem about but you need to have your stuff in place if that’s the business model) I think this could be prevented by having a manager checking the floor(he was making pizzas the whole time) the staff looks very young and inexperienced they need guidance. The restaurant was half full so it wasn’t that busy. Would come back again for the food if the restaurant is dead.

I really wanted to love this place, and I may still, but there were a number of things that turned me off. To start, when you have two brick ovens in an open environment, you really need to turn the air-conditioning down to a comfortable level. It was just too warm to enjoy our dinner, especially when sitting at the bar. We asked to have the air turned down, but it seemed our request was denied, as it didn't get cooler and the manager refused to shut the doors to the outside (It was 84 degrees today). As far as food, our prosciutto and melon appetizer was good, but the melon wasn't ripe, it was crunchy. And for dinner we had the Truffle Prosciutto and the Margarita pizzas, but the dough/crust of both were hard to chew and hard to cut with a knife. Perhaps it wasn't cooked long enough? Or maybe that's the way they make it? Thin crust pizza, or any pizza, should be soft and easier to cut, eat and chew. This wasn't. Lastly, your Happy Hour should really include tap beer, not just bottles. One of the reasons we tried Midici was we walked by it earlier in the day and saw you had Peroni on tap. Most places include tap beers on their happy hour menu. One more note — I see a number of the reviews mention you include 18% gratuity on the bill. While I checked to make sure before I confirmed the bill and paid (and I didn't see that included), I now wonder if it was included? As I did tip on the total amount. If someone can answer that, please do.I'm not sure I'd recommend Midici at the moment.

Went in on a Sunday evening. My bf suggested we go stating the pizza he had was good (didn’t say which but that he had it previously) we ordered 2 custom pizzas-mines with a Margarita base- and a Nutella calzone. We went over to Publix for about 30mins while the order was being prepared, came back, picked it up and went home to eat it. Unfortunately the pizza did not “wow” or delight as they were more on the dry side (think olive oil, sauce). Now I’ve had great Neapolitan pizza In Brickell so that’s what I was comparing it to. The calzone was good, probably even better fresh from the oven.. but I must say I would prefer another dish rather than the pizza here.

Consistently delicious food at an amazing price point! Minus one star for service, which is pretty terrible.

Service bad ,food cold and when you ask to.reheat your pizza they react not well. Also when you pay the bill then you think the waiters dont care and dont deserve tips for a lot of reason and you see 2 days after 20 dollars charge on the same ticket i mean its super elegant and professional to steal money without asking its disrespectful and th3n whenn you call the place and the manager says its normal waouuuu im shock for real its really bad place .

Absolutely looooove the Pizza. Now they even have some Specialty Pizzas on the menu that are really delicious. And try out their Gelato - one of the best you'l find in the area. Service and staff were very friendly and the owner personally stopped by our table to greet us and make sure we enjoyed our dining experience. The atmosphere is great, especially outdoor seating is perfect with children.

Midici Is a very beautiful place to walk into and can excite many people. In Aventura, However... People are very Rude and they want their $100 order made in 10 minutes. Please do not give these people a hard Time. Each owner / Manager is so kind and to treat them badly will indubitably come back to you in karma. The Workers are very full of life and energetic and the food is very tasty should you know how to order correctly.

Ohhh how i missed a great tasty "home made" fire cooked pizza. Amazing taste.Another food from heaven is the Nutella desert. A pastry filled with Nutella and berries. Perfect for sharing.Take your family and friends to spend a great time together and eat a terrific food.

This place is horrible. The manager is stuck up unprofessional money hungry person. The food is overpriced and not very good. They hire young people who know nothing and must pay them miserably. Most of the staff are extremely rude. I will never go back. Don’t bother going to this place. Much better places on Aventura for pizza.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I went to check out the restaurant, I stood there and I waited to be seated. The waiter came out and ask me do i know what am ordering, in a rude way. I told her I just arrived and would like to be seated, she told me I need to place my order, she's not seating anyone because she's the only waiter but there were three other customers outside. THE WAITER WAS RUDE!I thought this was a dine in restaurant not a take out .

This location makes me mourn the loss of the Ft. Lauderdale location that much more. First time going there after visiting the other many times so I was familiar with the drill. I perused the menu just to check if things were the same and they pretty much were. The first problem presented when, while standing under the big sign that says "order here", I was ignored for a good 3-5 minutes. All the while some man obviously in charge would look my way, but never directed his staff to take my order. The place looked like they had 2 waitstaff and one bartender, but it was a random Thursday night so I can't blame them. Finally, the girl behind the bar has me come down to her register to take my order and I wait at the bar with a drink. The food. The pizza at the Ft. Lauderdale location was great and this is close, but no where near as good. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a prosciutto and arugula pizza. My kid said the pepperoni was alright, but agreed not as good as we used to get. I have to laugh when I keep seeing the owner response touting "high quality ingredients". I watched as the kitchen staff literally opened a plastic package of prosciutto like you would get at Publix and slap two pieces on my pizza. I could have done that myself at home and saved $5. Needless to say I will not be ordering any prosciutto in the future from this place. They also didn't have the usual red pepper flakes and parm cheese station by the plates. All in all this place is a mere shadow of the other location and really needs to step up it's game.

Wow! A real Neapolitan pizza place in Florida?? The crust is perfect, the sauce is authentic and just as it should be and they use fresh mozzarella! Perfect! The decor was tasteful and the service was excellent as well! The only complaint is that this place is in a strip mall in Florida and not in Italy somewhere! Bravo!

This pizza chain is one of my son’s favorite in Los Angeles. While the pizza is good the poor customer service in the Aventura, Florida location is insulting. From the staff directly lying about placing the order properly to outright sarcasm directly in front of customers, the poorly trained team appears to care less if they serve the clients. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t take the time to understand the menu and how to take care of clients; each time speaking to an apparently inexperienced questionable manager who is one of the people who directly lied to my face. It is a shame the owner isn’t watching over his investment. By the way , as I stated one of my son’s favorite places, we have been there three separate times and this has been the experience 2/3 times; the third time we just left after being insulted directly. The nerve of the ownership to place an 18% tip on inferior service.
