They are attempting to keep you engaged but have to intention of discounting the items. It's a shame that a company with such good products has resorted to deceptive sales tactics that have completely turned me away from the brand.

I received a completely RAW cookie cake from this place. When I returned to ask for a new one that’s actually cooked, management’s customer service was awful. They refused to even take a look at my cake and insisted that the cookie could never be raw, again, WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING. I spoke to a man from corporate and he was probably the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever spoken to. While i calmly tried to explain the situation, the man constantly yelled over me and bragged about their sales, saying that because they sold so many cookies they could NEVER make a raw one. makes no sense. He said the only thing they could give me was 30% off any item, as if i would want to buy from them again after that disaster. absolutely ridiculous. This was supposed to be a nice valentine’s day gift from my boyfriend…so sad it had to go to waste.

I asked to have my cookie cake cut in half and the person over the phone said sure but then when she tried to charge me more money I said no I just needed it cut in half. The owner or manager said she would make her own employee pay out of their check for telling me cutting it in half was extra. I can’t believe someone would do that to their employee. It didn’t cost her more and to be a business owner and do that to a hard working employee is gross

I ordered $75 worth of cookies to arrive on 12/22, and they have not arrived ten days later. Mrs. Fields told me that they have a 30 day shelf life, and to eat the old cookies whenever they get here. It was my fault for not paying $35 for express delivery. Never again.
