Hey net was a pleasure. He understood my needs and helped me with an issue I had. He called the manager to assist and they made my night. I’ll always come back to this store and definitely recommend Nespresso and their team

I will preface by saying that I’m a huge fan and have visited many stores in the south Florida area over the years. Today, I witnessed the store manager and staff going above and beyond, and I wanted to comment. I was treated very well and attended to immediately. There was a gentleman that fell outside The store on the escalator And the manager personally attended to him and I thought that was highly commendable. I’m really glad that we have the store at the Aventura mall and I hope they get a bigger store because I think they would do really well And be able to offer even more.

nespresso staff are the absolute worst in general but especially here. i absolutely hate coming in here, it's just a giant room full of negativity and staff who they think they are better than you. they always always seem to be in the worst mood, short with you, they are robots and just push buttons and say yes/no. bro you sell coffee pods, get a grip, smile once in a while, or get a new job, this place is absolutely miserable

I had a wonderful experience at the Nespresso store in Aventura. The store itself is beautiful, well-organized, and offers a great selection of coffee and machines. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the service I received from José.

José was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made me feel very welcome. His passion for coffee and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who makes the shopping experience so pleasant and personal.

Went to the Aventura location because I wanted to get a new machine. Had lots of questions because I’m a big fan of the traditional capsules and a specific flavor called arpeggio. For some reason, they do not have matching flavors in the traditional capsules and the new version. The nice thing about the new version though is you can do traditional coffees or espresso. After sampling different flavors and going over the machines in detail, we did purchase the new machine with the new capsule system. The store was very helpful and I was really surprised at how many staff they had. It was impressive for a rather small store to have so many well trained people there to help. If you’re interested in learning more about Nespresso, the Aventura store will definitely set you straight and help you out.

Recently replaced our orignal Nespresso machine and went to Aventura btq to load up on capsules. Second time I've had a less than pleasant experience by the staff and reservation process of placing orders. Turned around and walked out. thinking about returning my machine.

We visited Nespresso in Aventura Mall. It was an amazing experience. Yulie gave us an excellent service. We tasted some different coffees . She answered all of our questions.
