Went to the Aventura location because I wanted to get a new machine. Had lots of questions because I’m a big fan of the traditional capsules and a specific flavor called arpeggio. For some reason, they do not have matching flavors in the traditional capsules and the new version. The nice thing about the new version though is you can do traditional coffees or espresso. After sampling different flavors and going over the machines in detail, we did purchase the new machine with the new capsule system. The store was very helpful and I was really surprised at how many staff they had. It was impressive for a rather small store to have so many well trained people there to help. If you’re interested in learning more about Nespresso, the Aventura store will definitely set you straight and help you out.

Recently replaced our orignal Nespresso machine and went to Aventura btq to load up on capsules. Second time I've had a less than pleasant experience by the staff and reservation process of placing orders. Turned around and walked out. thinking about returning my machine.

Great experience at the Nespresso store in Aventura mall. Marcus was an extremely knowledgeable salesperson. He knew his coffees and his machines. We purchased a very cool machine with regular coffee refills. Very happy. Oh did I mention free coffee while we waited for our appointment!!!

Worst customer service, bought the Nespresso machine couple of months back and the machine broke down. The guy at the store said we cannot fix it or replace it.
You need to call the Nespresso company and make a claim.
Never going back to buy anything from this store.

Very rude staff works here. The woman in the video below will not give me a sample before I decided if I wanted to buy a machine for my wife's coffee shop in Peru. The man taking appointments is also very rude in the front of the store. Avoid this place overpriced expensive equipment. Incident occurrence 01/05/2025 1:00pm

David is the worst customer service ever he did not serve me at the moment was my time and I was asking ng for the product.He did not have someone to serve or have other processes to do I decided to leave when some one else told me to follow him and to serve me was an humiliation to me, never turn back there! As this person will serve there! He provide bad experiences for the brand. Decided not to by the product! I may order on line, may by substitute product like Starbucks Nespresso or abandon the brand at all there are to many other brand coffees around better than Nespresso.
