The espresso was poorly drafted and was bitter. First the blender breaks for the ice storm, then i accept as a swap a double espresso. 10 minutes later im being ignored and they dispatch 7 drinks to other customers. Then they run out of beans. 20 minutes later im walking out with a double espresso.

Favorite place for a bite. The people are very nice. Good selection of pastries and sandwiches. The seating area is the best. Stop by when you need a break.

Employees are so rude. Coffee had something floating in it. When I returned Coffee employee yelled at me. One employee wearing mask and gloves like he's handling nuclear waste.

For a coffee and to continue visiting the mall it is a good option, I think they should improve especially in the decoration of the cafe and do it with more presentation. More of my visit on my Instagram travel_a_for_coffee

They only have 2 teas. One black and one with ginger peach. I shared that I could not have peach and that black tea was ONLY BLACK TEA. I received my order and shared one more caveat…. Are u sure this is not peach. I took a few sips and I realized my lip started to swell. I returned the drink and found out THEY GAVE ME THE PEACH!

There needs to be better training here. Another person wanted to change his order and they said he could not since they had already prepared the drink. They had not, they lied.

There is no reason to waste time looking for a Starbucks in Aventura Mall. The service at the Nordstrom ebar is fantastic. The people who serve are attentive, smiling, very helpful and empathetic. A true school of customer service. Congratulations for the care you take in the selection of your staff. I never return to the Starbucks in the square after trying the customer service experience at Ebar.

I ordered a coffee I took my coffee went to table they have cream and sweeteners. I see there was not any cream(half an half) and table was very filthy. I went to server lady I told her there was not any half an half. Instead of putting in my coffe she screamed to back telling them bring it, I waited almost 10 minutes than I went back to there I put the coffee on table and told her she could have the coffee (Because I don’t like cold coffee ) She started to yell to me telling me she was going to call the security. That sounded really funny because I paid the coffee I did not owe them they owed me , around same time manager brought the half n half. I took it and put some in my coffee and left.I would never go this place again. No respect to customer.

Today at noon. Very bad service!Food cold that was supposed to be warmed up. Coffee totally cold , and it was all foam almost no coffee!Sad! Like a third world country.
