Olive Garden isn’t what it used to to be. They need make over and staff needs a training that embodies customer focused service.

A classic case of poor management. . .
We , a party of 5, waited 20 minutes or so for a table, only to be taken to a table for 4, it only had 2 chairs at the time. The server was attempting to prepare the table for us while serving food to a table of at least 10! So we requested a manager.
The bottom line is we were told we could go back to waiting. No apology, no accommodation. Needless to say we are at the Cheesecake Factory!!

We took our grandmother here for her 85th birthday and when sharing concerns about how multiple parties that were seated after us were getting their food before us, we were met with an absolutely nasty attitude from this establishment’s manager, Durley Carrasco. he was extremely disrespectful to my cousin when she was expressing these concerns to him, the manager shows his hands saying “Look how dirty they are. What do you want me to do for you?” It was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. The manager ended up doing nothing to resolve the situation and my grandmother never received her meal. While the management absolutely mishandled the situation, the waitress, Farah, handled us with class and respect. This sweet girl was the only saving grace of the evening.

I had a business meeting here last week and I love the consistency with the salmon dish, it’s always cooked just like I like it.
I’m very disappointed with our visit today Dec 28, 2025 at 2:45pm. While our waitress was great, respectful, and professional, the overall experience was not good at all.
We ordered two dishes that included shrimp, and the shrimp on both tasted bad. In addition, the meat on one of the dishes was very raw. We politely let our waitress know, and she said she would inform the manager. When she returned, she told us that we could pick something else from the menu for only one of the plates. Nothing was said or offered regarding the other plate I had ordered.
What made this worse is that the manager never came to our table at all. At the very least, someone in management should have checked on us or tried to correct the issue properly. No offer was made to remake the shrimp, replace both dishes, or even ask if we wanted fresh shrimp. That lack of concern says a lot.
On top of that, when I went to the bathroom, it was dirty and had a bad smell, which is unacceptable for a restaurant.
This place is not what it used to be. The quality of the food has clearly gone down, and the manager seemed either too busy or too lazy to speak directly with customers when there’s a problem. Because of this experience, we will not be coming back.

Very bad service from the manager here name starts with a M, I think it's Monica. She's very impolite and rude and I never had service like this at this olive garden with any other manager. Seems like the service went down when this new person took over. I hate this location now and it's all because of her. She needs to be gone immediately.

Popped in with 35+ people for lunch. The wait was like 10 minutes. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of us. Amazing job. Great food.

We were very concerned when we got here there's two people left after complaining. After 20 minute wait we were seated, and the manager came over after a bit and asked if anyone took care of us. Hearing not he took care of us himself Karma witches huge. It tells me he cares and I like that. I open my silverware, and there was food stuck to my fork. That was kind of gross but they did bring me a clean one and apologized. After that it was all uphill. Kudos to Alin and Mateo.

The chicken was tough, the pasta was cold, but the salad was fresh! They need to learn how to time the dishes . The appetizer came out dvd then moments later the salad and soup before you could finish the appetizer and thrn then the main course was also served before finishing salad and soup.
