Food was not good, only thing was good was the mozzarella sticks and sprite’s.Server Angie was good ! Atmosphere it was freezing in the back room area ! $109 wasted .

Very nice staff and very tasty food.

So with prior experience of food not looking appealing at this location I give them another chance. I order the Chicken and Shrimp Cabonara, advising the server that if it didn't look like what was on their menu don't bring it to the table. Well they surely didn't disappoint me, the salad came out with the entire core of the lettuce head in it. The server explained that the salad comes in a big box... so no one cares to look at what comes out of that box.
My entree came to the table and again... the menu shows both chicken and shrimp golden brown and crispy, the pasta looked dry and the shrimp looked like it came out another box for peel and eat shrimp.
Unfortunately, at this point I asked for the manager, as it's obvious she doesn't care about the presentation of anything that comes out of her kitchen, because she's the one who brought it to the table.
When she came to the table she was already visibly upset, when I asked her to look at the meal, she goes "yea you ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara." I said to her it looks nothing like the what's displayed on your menu, she looked surprised, bewildered as to what I was talking about. I said these shrimp look nothing like the way they are prepared on the menu. She asked if I wanted her to take it back to the kitchen and redo it, to which I responded no, as we all know what happens in kitchens when you complain about sub-par service. No offer to give me something else. Just ok I will take it off the check, barely an apology. This place runs as sloppy as Riel Gonzalez, the manager looks, because currently the table next to us is also complaining about their service and food. Unfortunately I didn't think fast enough to take a picture of the food before they took it away. But I must say these restaurants really need to do better, and remember your customers give you your paycheck.

A delicious experience at Olive Garden, Miami
Since we arrived, the attention of the staff was spectacular, always attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful, ideal to enjoy a relaxed and special dinner. That night there were several birthday celebrations, which gave it an even more festive feel.
I ordered my favorite dish, the “Tour of Italy”, a selection of the three best dishes in the house, and as always, it was a delight. To accompany it, I tried the Green Apple Sangria, simply incredible, with a perfect balance of flavors. A delight!!!!
Definitely a place I always want to return to. Super recommended!

Great choices with large portions. All you can eat soup and salad with homemade bread sticks is such a treat with super service. Best deals in town for Italian food.

I ordered delivery from here today. I got the spaghetti with meatballs, fagioli soup and spinach dip. First, sauce for spaghetti tasted like it was from a jar, the meatballs are definitely frozen and very salty. The spinach dip is salty as well. In short everything was very average. I haven't eaten at Olive Garden for at least 2 years or more and the spaghetti was always my favorite. The quality of the food has really gone down. I will not eat from Olive Garden again and I will not miss it.

Arrived late afternoon, about a 5 min wait. Food arrived quickly after ordering. Waiter very attentive. 🤩🥰💖💕

Waited 16 min before server came to table. Ordered, then salad and food came at same time. Server acted like it was not his problem. Never to see him again after we shared our frustration. Hate leaving lousy tip, but in this case his arrogance and disregard warranted .01.

As a vegetarian family with dietary restrictions(No onion, garlic or potatoes,etc) dining out can be a challenge. However, our recent visit to Olive Garden Aventura was made exceptional thanks to the professional and helpful manager, Orris Batten. He truly went above and beyond to understand our needs and crafted a wonderful Veggie Pasta and Kids Pizza for us. The food was delicious, and we appreciated his attentive service.

On a different note, the restrooms were not well-maintained and need proper cleaning, especially for a busy restaurant like this.

Overall, our dining experience was greatly enhanced by Orris's efforts. Thank you, Orris!

Today we decide stop by and enjoy an Italian Food, we leave very close this store and we visited so many times; But today the service from KELLY was more than excellent, she was fantastic ( from many years I only have it a normal and regular service ) But today was stunning.
Kelly is very good and I will tell my friends 💪🏼👏👏👏👏

There were three dogs sitting in the table on the booth next two ours. Nelli, our server was wonderful however, the food came out wrong and cold three times. In the end, I noticed that the cheese was microwaved so much that it was burnt. Mila, the manager was super rude and did not care that we didn't eat after being sitting down for an hour and a half. I will not be coming back to this Olive Garden. This manager needs some training and the chefs need to learn not to microwave the food so much.
