Service is abysmal. No one will call your name or acknowledge you while waiting for your food. You have to be the one to ask, which is ridiculous. Also when you ask, the employees look annoyed they had to help you. Please train the staff in customer service or help them find another line of work.

Food is alright, but the service is miserable… I scheduled a pickup, pre-tipped, and my order was marked “ready,” but no one called my name. Had to stand up, find my own bag - and when I asked for it, the woman behind the counter was cold and dismissive while being much nicer to the guy next to me (lmao?).
I’m a service worker too, so I really tried to give grace, but this was enough for me. I’ll still come sometimes for the food, but I won’t be tipping here anymore. If you want friendly service, go to BurgerFi instead.

Super dirty. No one ever cleans. The tables have curbs and food stains on them and the carpet is always filthy. Staff preparing food never wear hair nets either. Overall just feeling of gross uncleanliness. Don’t recommend

I went to pick up a cheddar soup and when I opened the bag right there at the store it looked like they threw a piece of bread inside the bag and on top of that the bread was hard as a rock. I mentioned it to the guy who was at the register, and he asked the lady to change it. Why would they even give me a bread that hard unacceptable. Also the lady and him did not even apologize. Horrible
This Panera location has excellent service, some of the best of any of them. My order is always correct and freshly made. The Team keeps the place clean and ready even when busy. I made a mistake one time as well with an online order and I made the mistake and they still fixed it for me. I’ll be back soon. Thanks for the great experience !! 🥗🥗

I order here about every other day, I WANT TO START BY SAYING THIS , I received careless service too many times I’m highly disappointed most of the time but today is what really did it and I don’t think I’ll come ever again there is plastic baked into my sandwich. Cafe to go order #6051715992441711. The night shift workers are a joke they don’t service you and they want you to only use the kiosk past 8pm. I order cafe orders and request for extra or something on the side and 70% chance they forget it.
