I tried the sourdough bread bowl with soup at three different locations. And though the broccoli soup is the same, the quality and appearance of the bread bowl differs. This location on Biscayne in Aventura was very good. The soup filled the bowl. The bread bowl was served fresh. The Asian chicken salad was fresh with crisp lettuce and chicken.

The staff that attends the service for pick-up orders is rude and unprofessional, it seems that the Lady who is there today dispatching the orders does not like her job, she is unfriendly, attention manager of this Panera location, more training attention to the public for these ladies who deliver online pick-up.

I' ve been coming to Panera since its opening in Aventura. I never had any argument in all these years. Today a lady, if we can call her " lady" had been very rude. She was working in the kitchen and also apparently she is one of the managers...(such a disaster for Panera bussiness)...My order was to stay, but she wrapped to go; so I asked to be put on a plate, but she did not do it, just throw the plate on the counter. I complained and she kept talking about me to her colleague in a nasty way. Her name is Shanti, and she deserve to be educated before dealing with people, specially if she is one of the managers. Hope you do same training with her to help her being respectful and managing her anger...
