I was there today and I purchased 3 beef empanadas. When my family and I tried them we spit them out because it tasted like bleach or something. It had a very chemical taste, I have no idea what they did but I just threw out $10 bucks. Not cool. You shouldn’t do what ever you did to the meat because that’s how you loose customers.

I showed up today, Wednesday Jan 13 2021 at around 7pm and tried to order something and the lady at the register said that the kitchen was already closed. They are suppose to be open until 8pm and the workers are already trying to close and go home early. I ended up getting a couple of empanadas that were already made and sitting in a food warmer. Not bad - but I won't be going out of my way to try this place again.

After my last experience here, I don't know why I bothered coming back here. Genuinely I didn't think they'd repeat the same mistake. But the food here is COLD by the time they bring it to you. Same reason why I gave this place a bad rating last time.

I’ve ordered many times with Uber eats and the food is usually good. However, I visited Panna today and once last week and the girls at the counter need training in customer service. I walked up to the counter and they were having a conversation between each other and didn’t even look up or acknowledge my presence. I had to ask if they were finished talking and could help me. That was last week. I came in today and received similar service. The counter girl Was on her phone and didn’t look up. Bad service equals bad management. Sorry to say I won’t be back any time soon.

I found this restaurant while I was running some errands. Great location, plenty parking available in the area. Overall the experience was good, the restaurant has a lovely outside seating area. I got a black coffee. I also ordered the Latino mix, it comes with 1 protein and 3 sides. I choose the grilled chicken, the flavor was excellent, well seasoned and the salad was very good. I would prefer if the dressing was a side and the fried plantains a little thinner. I really liked the flavor of their coffee. The coffee had aroma, flavor and it was hot. It was great. I appreciated the very friendly service I received. Will re-visit in the future to try more latino-american dishes!!!

The Hot latte was very well made and with raw sugar. The arepa and egg sandwich was made with fresh eggs and vegetables. I recommend this place.
