As a franchise lawyer, I can't believe they haven't been kicked out of the system for diminishing brand value: the place is in very poor condition, where pinkberry aims to cultivate a reputation for surgical-level spotlessness. Every part of this location from floors to doors to signboards showed lots of age. Worse than all that: a medium size with toppings was over $8?! Unreal! I could go to Target next door and buy TWO full pints of ben&jerrys or Haagen Dazs and still have change left over for that price. So you don't come for value and you don't one for ambiance. Just don't come at all.

I remember when this place opened it was one of the first Yogurt shops in on the Aventura area. I would say 8-9yrs ago. The Pinkberry's were all the rage in New York City. This place opened in the Target/ Best Buy Plaza to not much fanfare, but it was clean and they gave you many free samples and the prices were realistic. I think it was $3.50 for small $4.75 from medium and $6.50 for a large. I remember coming in and loving the playful colors and The Rock gravel laminate floor and bubble chairs.. fast forward to today looks like not a lot of Maintenance has been done in a while, floor is well worn and filthy & obviously biz is slow as their was one person working the counter she in the back who ran out to serve in the front. Once there where 3 or 4 workers. I will say the place was relatively clean, but tired. This is the first sign of absentee management and in free fall..worst of all the prices have tripled since the opening days as posted by the hand scrolled taped signs on the menu board. Small now comes out to $7.72(tax)..that's with toppings.. if you go in there with your family and you get three Smalls with toppings you're in it for 25 bucks where I don't see it worth it. I don't think the price of milk has tripled?. You're better off going across the parking lot to Target or even to the Whole- foods and buying 3 or 4 gallons, yes gallons of Haagen-Dazs or Breyers or etc.. for the same price. Just my take..

Place needs some TLC. Dirty floors and walls. Attendant was not very pleasant.

I'm obsessed with frozen yogurt and have been eating it for over 15 years. Pinkberry makes THE BEST tart style frozen yogurt. However, this specific location is not run properly. The counter is always dirty, lacking froyo flavors, and overall just not run well.

The kids that work here were very rude, and for $9? What a joke. This place should be ashamed of it's staff

It was tasty but super expensive. I didnt enjoy it because it only allowed 3 topping and on top of that most toppings were $1 for a little spoon full. I got the medium size one and it was $9 + tax. The pink berry I went to used to be very cheap and packed with people. Now after the prise has risen. There are no one. You guys should make the stuff more cheap. My dad was going to buy a pink berry store, but now even he is having doubts.
