Milano's Kosher Restaurant

To keep this short and sweet. Never got my order at all. I ordered 4 months ahead of time but was never put in the system. They don’t know how to operate a resturant at all. They were putting the blame on the guy they fired that was supposedly the manager and then they told me this Aron guy was the manager. So then why did I get told the other guy was the manager doesn’t make sense. So that’s telling me theirs no real leadership at all over there. They were making 101 different excuses. They even tried to blame me that it was my fault. That I ordered 4 months ahead of time and they can only help me with 1 month of time like what.Aron tried to make me feel stupid and being rude. I have multiple things I have to worry that’s why I placed it early so it can be ready. I never had this problem with a restaurant before. This is highly unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this place ever again that’s for sure and they even tried to make my order but doesn’t help me at all because the party started in 15 min. Maybe work better on your place before taking catering orders. If I could give this a negative review. I would give it -5 stars.

Super expensive basic basic food with no taste. Ziti was a pool of oil with burnt garlic. Everything was mediocre. Water is $2 for the 30cent bottles from costco. Ripoff for nothing

Horrible horrible horrible. I’ve ordered delivery many many times from this resturant and my family loves this place and the food. now they are telling me, Sorry we can’t take your order because it has to be over $500 with a 7% delivery fee. Ridiculous. Whoever the owner is shame on you. And when I asked to speak to Joseph, who always helps me. I was told he was fired like that’s ridiculous.
I see other reviews that have concerns with this place recently and I can see why now. NEVER COMING BACK

The food was bland and poorly made, and the service was absolutely awful – rude, careless, and unprofessional. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I left feeling frustrated and completely disappointed. Definitely not worth the time or money.

This place is outrageous. The manager Joseph and staff were rude, and we ended up waiting for 45 hours before canceling our order due to their poor service. I wouldn't recommend this place and will never return.

Never go back again to this place Rude customer service( Josef the manger was so bad to us.) I was yelled at by the staff completely unacceptable didn’t get service was ignored and no one from the staff or management gave proper customer service horrible place don’t bother screaming at customer ?! Unheard of

As of 2024, the best New York style Kosher Pizza in Miami. They have a granma pie that's unbeaten, highly recommended. A bit expensive, though.
Dining there is nice, and the staff is very nice and efficient, that's if you come with kids, but don't take your first (or second) date there. ?
