I've never seen such a mess and disorganization anywhere! I ordered a quesadilla with my son. We've been waiting for 15 minutes, I come up and ask, where is my order? He answers, and now I'll cook it! At the same time, there are a crowd of employees there, they talk about nothing, laugh and just have fun, but they don't fulfill their direct duties!!! Solve the issue with the organization of work! It's a mess for a lot of money!

They were one of the better ones near us, but lately theyāre terrible. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich was black and wilted, the avocado on the tropichop was black, they forgot the fries and the yuca fries were stale. Been bad lately.

I absolutely enjoyed my dinner tonight with my daughter. The overall staff was really nice and Nick was a big help for me and kind when I had questions about my meal. It was also clean on the inside. This is one of the best ones Iāve been too and the food was exceptional!

Friday nights have become a new tradition for my household, we have been repeat customers because Janaya always greets us with a smile and excellent service! She is the absolute best, always making sure our orders come out properly and perfect, she is such a delight. Her customer service and thorough attention to detail are top tier and we truly look forward to seeing her every time we go. Janaya is the best and we love her so much!
Spoke with Manager Rene she was very helpful answering my questions. The restaurant was clean and the food top 10! Rene suggested for me to try the garlic sauce with the fried yucca! Delicious choice! Staff were very friendly as well.

order fries ceasar wrap and a kids meal, kids meal came with a juice box that looked like it seen better days, the straw was not on it and the juice box was just all smashed up. and best part was the extra moist, and square shaped wrap! i mean the lettuce was so fresh that it looked yellowish. the fries were over done tasted more like dry chips .sprite tasted like tap water. gotta get this place under control
