Delicious family style meal! We did take out and enjoyed everything we ordered! The chicken and variety of dips are top notch!
Got the order wrong and it was one item, over charged by not combining the drink, and I found a big long hair after I took the first bite.

I was here today 10/26/24 at 3:16PM, waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. The young lady (African American) behind the register was doing her best to help a patron with her order. The patron was of Hispanic descent and was very rude towards the young lady. The other staff was not trying to assist the young lady and made it seem like she was doing wrong. The patron then gave her a $50 that was rejected by the machine twice. The manager (Hispanic) came, sent the young lady to the drive through window, put the $50 in the machine, realized that the machine did not take the money and winked at the patron and took $50. They then began speaking negatively about the young African American young lady. My spouse and I had to walk out without purchasing anything due to the level of racism we saw towards the young lady. I love pollo tropical but I have never seen such poor customer service and negative behavior towards a staff member, especially when she was the only African American staff member. I will be also reporting this to corporate because they all need retraining.

If I could give it zero stars it would be disappointing to see that there are such poorly educated and rude people in food places for the public, there is a lady who is the one who packs the orders and serves the food, she is always in front and treats the customers very badly. clients, even his own colleagues, he is always in a bad mood, they should not allow such an unfriendly person to work in a place that is open to the public. I have been there 3 times because it is close to my work and each time the service is worse. I won't go again and the manager doesn't say anything to him either.
