Paula was attentive and Joshua the manager checked in on us. He made great recommendations that were enjoyed.
It was a nice place, but they didn’t serve all the food at the same time and I ended up waiting for my food while others were eating. It was a little awkward and took long enough until it finally came. Food was okay, but nothing spectacular.

Sat at the bar and got great service. Had a few conversations with the bartender too. However, the food seemed to be average. Pork belly bao was depressing. Pork belly was not crunchy at all just fatty. Couldn’t even eat that. Pork belly gyoza was better but, could’ve used a bit more flavor.

Matt was our bartender and he was fabulous. That rare Miami amazing service. That doesn’t happen. Food was delicious and he gave some good recommendations. We would be back when in the area! Oh and great Miami spice menu.

Everything was great except the table/area had a fairly strong smell of soy sauce. BUT OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

Amazing food , great staff , really love the atmosphere here. This is a perfect place to go for a date or just to go hangout with friends and get food. 10/10 definitely will be coming back

I’m very familiar with this restaurant as I’ve been to it multiple times while living in Miami Beach and also Mexico City. They’re usually pretty consistent. This is thefirst time I’ve eaten at the one in Aventura mall, and I did not find it as consistent with the quality of food. I ordered the big Eye tuna roll, which is what I order all the time and it didn’t have any truffle oil or garnishes. It felt like they put a huge amount of tuna on top of it, which is fine, but no wasabi or ginger dressing —I had to ask for it. Also, and more importantly, the ginger dressing that I asked for was pretty bad. Every other Pub Belly Suhsi has great ginger dressing. At this aventura location however, I was very disappointed. It’s ultra sweet and basically doesn’t even taste like ginger at all or any version of any ginger dressing I’ve ever had. This was completely different and not at all good. I was very disappointed in that. Lastly the edamame was warm not hot as it usually is when it comes to the table. All in all it was “fine”, but doesn’t compare to the one in miami, Mexico and even the Pembroke Pines location is better.
